Work downtown scheduled overnight Tuesday as well as daytime Wednesday

The town announced late Tuesday afternoon that Markings, Inc. would be in town Tuesday to Wednesday overnight to hatch the crosswalks at Church Street, the Fire Station, Pleasant Street, Commonwealth Avenue and Hayden Rowe Street and Main Street, as well as the crossing on Hayden Rowe.

Main Street Corridor Project contractor A.F. Amorello is scheduled to visit Wednesday for work related to construction signage, a broken signpost by Muffin House Cafe, an electric screw at 17 Main Street and street sweeping.

The latest construction meeting was held March 25.
