The elderly man who had been missing since Sunday night was found alive at approximately 10:40 a.m. Tuesday by members of the Massachusetts State Police Special Emergency Response Team, the State Police announced.

The man, 84-year-old Jim Noon, was discovered “lying in a wooded area a short distance from Icehouse Pond in the Berry Acres conservation area off West Main Street in Hopkinton,” the press release reads. “He was conscious and alert and was transported to an area hospital for evaluation.”

The question is, how did this facility allow somebody with memory issues to leave without being noticed? This facility has been cited many times and recently was banned from taking on any new residents.
