She is also survived by sisters-in-law, Hazel Irvine Johnson and husband Eddie; Laura Smith, and brother-in-law Wallace Irvine and his wife, Bert, as well as many nieces, nephews, and 92 years of dear friends. She is predeceased by two children, Nancy Lorraine Irvine and Baby Robert Irvine; her son-in-law, Claude Midgette; and her siblings, Chester Smith Jr., Virginia Smith Buchel and Mary Smith.

A family memorial service was held at Faith Community Church in Hopkinton and private burial is at Evergreen Cemetery in Hopkinton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friends of Hopkinton Senior Center, 28 Mayhew St., Hopkinton, MA 01748 or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, stjude.org.
