The clearing of the Hopkinton Drug site continued Thursday. After the south-facing wall fell onto the sidewalk and spilled onto Main Street on Wednesday afternoon, workers reinstalled the fencing and organized the debris into a large pile toward the center of the lot.

Where is are public safety ? Payed police details have been the norm for entire down town project. Yet this dangerous demolition in Hopkinton’s busiest intersection has non! I have nothing against the property owner I was a faithful customer holding out till closure. The contractor has violated the community by putting lives at risk . They the contractor should be required to have a police detail during all construction till all exterior work is complete.

The contractor needs to pay million dollar fines for that.
