The town announced that there will be temporary road closures this Saturday (May 24) from 9:30-11:30 a.m. for the third annual Dick & Rick Hoyt Memorial “Yes You Can” Walk/Run.
Affected areas are Hayden Rowe Street from Main Street to Marathon Elementary School; Ash Street from Main Street to Carriage Hill Road; Hearthstone Road; Marathon Way and Holt Street.
Local resident traffic will be allowed on the streets, though drivers will be asked to proceed with caution.
The Department of Public Works announced it will continue roadwork through the end of this month and into the beginning of August. Work hours are approximately 7 a.m.-5 p.m., during which residents are asked not to park along the sides of the affected streets....
