Sandy Lucchesi has a personal mission statement about excellence and integrity on which she stakes her reputation.
“My word matters,” Lucchesi said, “and that means something to clients, attorneys, Realtors and other professionals with whom I work.”
After working in high tech for 20 years, Lucchesi began her full-time career with RE/MAX Executive Realty brokerage in 2004 and has been a top producer for many years. She is committed to providing first-rate service to every buyer and seller client in every price range.
“I aim for excellence,” she tells clients, “and you should expect it.”
Throughout her career, Lucchesi has honed the art of being persistent without being aggressive. She believes in professional courtesy, honesty and creating a well of trust with clients and others and is committed to putting clients’ needs first.
“My clients are making a paramount investment in me, and it is my responsibility to be available,” Lucchesi said.
When putting a house on the market, Lucchesi goes out full force with a concentrated marketing strategy, leaving nothing to chance.
“I am not looking for shortcuts,” Lucchesi stated. “The objective is to come out really strong from the beginning.”
She works with professional photographers, stagers and printers to create a full-motion video, including drone shots of the home and grounds and floor plans to be used on major realty sites, along with a property website and handsome, full-color property brochure.
Her personal service includes managing each open house and being present at viewings to relay the benefits and outstanding features of the home and neighborhood.
Lucchesi understands a prospective buyer is not only looking for the right property but also the right location and setting. As a Hopkinton resident and longtime community volunteer, she knows the area well and can speak to the town’s amenities and dynamics.

Currently, Lucchesi is proud to serve as vice president on the RE/MAX Executive Realty Charitable Foundation board. The group’s mission is to raise and provide funds through grants to needy families within local communities.
A member of both the National and Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Lucchesi is well versed with the market in surrounding towns and works with some of her clients to find their home on Cape Cod as well.
