Schools, town offices to have delayed opening Tuesday

by | Jan 26, 2026 | Featured: News, News

Due to the lingering effects of the weekend snowstorm, the town announced that schools and town offices will open late Tuesday morning.

Schools will have a two-hour delay, while town offices — including the library and Senior Center — will open at 10 a.m.

“This delay is for the safety of both our employees and the public,” notes the town press release.

The town previously announced that residents will have their curbside trash picked up one day later than usual, as Monday’s collection was canceled.
