Business Profile: RE/MAX Realtor Lucchesi stays on top of market trends

by | Mar 25, 2021 | Business, Featured

Sandy Lucchesi offers 17 years’ real estate experience in Hopkinton and surrounding towns. She loves educating others about current market trends.

“This is one of the most fascinating markets I’ve seen in my long career,” Lucchesi said. “Sellers have an opportunity, like never before, to sell at historically high prices, and then there are so many options for consideration.”

Buyers, especially first-time homebuyers, today are faced with the reality of a housing shortage, having only 30 minutes viewing time, and then competeing with multiple buyers’ offers. Lucchesi helps each buyer navigate these challenging conditions.

She finds many clients in their 50s and 60s, who haven’t yet decided their next steps, are open to trying something new. Recently, she helped a couple sell their Hopkinton home. With grown children, the empty nesters weren’t sure where to go. Lucchesi suggested renting in the Seaport District in Boston, a temporary adventure, while the couple figured out their next move.

“Within 24 hours, the couple decided to try it,” Lucchesi said. “They moved into a newly constructed apartment in the Seaport and they’re ecstatic about it.”

While the couple enjoys discovering the city’s amenities, Lucchesi will continue to work with them on their permanent plan.

Another client transitioned from Boston back to the suburbs. However, he missed everything the city had to offer, so Lucchesi found him a rental apartment in Boston in order to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Further, by expanding her carefully developed contacts, Lucchesi also has helped clients successfully transition from Hopkinton to The Pinehills in Plymouth.

“I understand the transitions these clients are going through,” Lucchesi said. “Selling real estate is more than contracts, it’s about offering people opportunities to consider a new lifestyle.”

Lucchesi admits this might not work for everyone, but for those who are open, she delights in helping develop and work through their plans.

“I want people to understand the available options,” Lucchesi said. “And so far, several clients are excited with the life changes they’re making.”

As a member of RE/MAX Executive Realty, Lucchesi has access to a powerful team of resources.

“I work for one of the most phenomenal brokerages,” Lucchesi said. “My Hopkinton office at 22 South Street ranked number one for all RE/MAX business in New England last year.”

Lucchesi is committed to providing first-rate service to every buyer and seller in every price range. As a top producer for many years, Lucchesi has received the agency’s Lifetime Achievement and Hall of Fame awards.

Clients are impressed with Lucchesi’s honesty, knowledge, communication skills, responsiveness and professionalism. A skilled negotiator and problem solver, she understands the market and the geographic areas she serves and works relentlessly for clients.

Lucchesi is proud to have dedicated 26 years in support of the community by actively fundraising for organizations, including the Hopkinton PTA and the Hopkinton Center for the Arts. She serves as president of the RE/MAX Executive Realty Charitable Foundation and is a member of the Hopkinton Women’s Club.
