Ashland’s Eddie Lopez returned the ensuing kickoff 46 yards to the Hopkinton 44. Four plays later, Matt Neal connected with Griffin Fink on a 26-yard touchdown pass. Giglia’s extra point gave the Clockers a 14-13 lead, which is how it remained going into the halftime break.

After a scoreless third quarter, Ashland took command with 9:20 remaining in the game on a 34-yard touchdown run by Frank, followed by another Giglia extra point that made it 21-13. The Clockers put it away with 2:51 left when Herter ran it in from the 5, and Giglia’s PAT capped the scoring.
