Saturday’s Town Meeting was smooth and efficient — aside from the fact that it was delayed 30 minutes while waiting for a quorum, then suspended for another 30 minutes at midday when the number of voters again dipped below the required minimum. The budget passed without debate, the schools got what they asked for, and commercial ground-mounted solar got more restrictions but not an overlay district. We’ve got complete coverage.
