Each week, the Independent highlights an animal available for adoption at Baypath Humane Society in Hopkinton. This week’s adoptable animal is Smokey, a 3-month-old kitten.
Here is Baypath’s description of Smokey:
Smokey is a sweet boy who loves to be pet — even on his belly! He loves his brother Bandit, and they snuggle and wrestle. Both boys have stump tails that they wiggle as they wrestle. They love all toys, but what they like the most is wrestling with each other. He needs to go to a home with another cat to play with and to make him feel comfortable. Smokey LOVES to be pet and likes to be held like a baby while he gets chin scratches. He is still nervous when he is on the floor and people walk toward him. We think he would do best in an adult-only home, or a home with older kids. He will need a patient family to help him come out of his shell. If Smokey sounds like a match for you, please email adopt@baypathhumane.org!
