Main Street Corridor Project update: Work continues on bike path, sidewalk

by | Aug 13, 2023 | Business, News

As part of the Main Street Corridor Project this week, crews will continue grading the bike path between the Muffin House Cafe and Hayden Rowe Street.

Also at the same location, workers will form and pour sidewalks from Wednesday to Friday.

On the west side of the project, workers will install posts for crosswalk beacons at Pleasant Street and Commonwealth Avenue.

On both and east and west side, the contractor will place loam in various areas and perform on-site cleanup work.

Working hours for the Main Street Corridor Project are 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. No detours, one-lane closures or road closures are allowed from 7-9 a.m.

This schedule may change due to weather and existing conditions found while performing the planned tasks. For the most up-to-date information, visit the town’s project website at hopkintonmainstreet.com.
