9:26 p.m. On Main Street, Officer Preston Mucciarone arrested Trevis J Santos-Caquias, 23, of 126 Beaver Street, Framingham, and charged him with operation of motor vehicle with license suspended and unlicensed operation of motor vehicle.

March 4
8:26 a.m. On Lumber Street Extension, Officer Ryan Polselli arrested Carlos L. Rivera, 34, of 120 Belmont Street, Worcester, on a warrant.

March 16
9:06 a.m. Officer Philip Powers conducted a motor vehicle stop on West Main Street and Officers Matthew Santoro and Brian Sanchioni responded as backup. Christopher R. Harnois, 43, of 19 Hayden Rowe St. was arrested on a warrant and also charged with operation of motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offense, unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation.

March 2
6:47 a.m. A Lumber Street caller reported suspicious activity when a man in a silver van pulled in to her and her neighbor’s driveways and took pictures with his phone. When she asked who he was, he stated he was an equity broker. The caller was to go to the station later to file a report.
2:14 p.m. A caller reported a truck was stuck in a wire on Oakhurst Road. Officer Benjamin Stickney responded and reported a wire was hanging low and contacted Verizon.
4:20 p.m. A caller reported an individual hanging signs on sheets on the overpass on Fruit Street. Officers Jessica Ferreira and Brian Sanchioni responded and spoke to the person, who was to remove the signs.
5:11 p.m. A caller reported a fallen tree in the roadway of Hayden Rowe Street near the Milford line. Officer Preston Mucciarone responded and removed some debris and contacted the Highway Department.

March 3
5:27 a.m. The Housing Authority requested a check of a vehicle at the Davis Road complex. Sergeant Arthur Schofield responded and confirmed the vehicle was in the complex.
8:31 a.m. A Davis Road walk-in reported a phone scam. No information was given to the scammer. The walk-in was advised on how to prevent future fraud.
1:38 p.m. A John Matthew Road resident reported a suspicious incident that occurred at her home. Officer Jessica Ferreira responded and assisted the caller.
2:31 p.m. A walk-in reported a case of identity theft. Officers Brian Sanchioni and Jessica Ferreira assisted and took a report.
2:38 p.m. A Hillcrest Drive caller reported a youth causing a disruption because he may have been accidentally locked out of his house. Officers Jessica Ferreira and Brian Sanchioni responded and spoke with the youth and his parent, and all was OK.
5:31 p.m. A caller reported the odor of natural gas in a Main Street building. Officer Preston Mucciarone responded along with the Fire Department. Eversource was contacted. Five people with flu-like symptoms were evaluated. The boiler in the building was shut down.
6:26 p.m. Officer Derek Morton responded to a motor vehicle accident on Wood Street. No personal injuries were reported.

March 4
1:15 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield checked on a vehicle parked in the lot next to Field 10 on Loop Road and found it locked and secure.
9:07 a.m. A caller reported a Main Street business would not give her her car back. Officers Brian Sanchioni and Jessica Ferreira responded and spoke with both parties about their civil dispute.
10:56 a.m. A caller reported an erratic operator in the upper beach area of the State Park on Cedar Street. The Ashland Police Department was notified and was to respond.
1:45 p.m. A caller reported losing his wallet and wanted it logged.
3:14 p.m. A Ryegrass Circle resident reported an Amazon driver was following her and trying to talk with her. Officer Derek Morton responded and took a report.
3:19 p.m. A walk-in reported she was being harassed and threatened by an unknown person over the phone. Officer Derek Morton took a report.
8:48 p.m. A Lorigan Road caller reported light smoke in the house. Officer Derek Morton responded along with the Ashland Fire Department. Light smoke was found in the basement and was traced to the oil burner.
11:56 P.M. Officer Robert Ekross checked on a motor vehicle parked on Avenue D and found an employee of a nearby business inside. All was OK.

March 5
10:25 a.m. An East Main Street caller reported a case of fraud. Officer Jessica Ferreira responded, and a report was to follow.
1:35 p.m. A caller reported he hit a gas line on John Matthew Road and caused a leak. Officer Jessica Ferreira responded along with the Fire Department. Eversource was notified and the leak was shut down.
8:46 p.m. A caller reported a white object in the left lane of travel on West Main Street under the 495 overpass. Officer Benjamin Stickney responded and removed a mattress from the roadway.

March 6
8:18 a.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officer Ryan Polselli responded to a motor vehicle accident on West Main Street. No personal injuries were reported. Verizon was notified of a damaged pole and the DPW was notified of ground water that iced over as well as a damaged street sign. Officer Polselli provided the driver and passenger with courtesy transports to the high school and home.
8:21 a.m. Sergeant Matthew McNeil spoke to a driver who was blocking the intersection on Summer Street.
11:15 a.m. Chief Edward Lee, Deputy Chief Joseph Bennett and Officer Ryan Polselli checked on a Davis Road resident who was screaming. The individual calmed down and was all set.
11:39 a.m. A Winter Street caller reported a phone text scam and wanted the incident logged.
12:45 p.m. Officer John Corridan assisted a disabled motor vehicle on West Main Street.
3:34 p.m. A caller reported a case of identity fraud. Sergeant Matthew McNeil took a report.
3:57 p.m. Two walk-ins reported cases of online harassment. Officer Benjamin Stickney took a report.
7:27 p.m. A Hayden Rowe Street caller reported a young Lab on the street in front of his house. A message was left for the animal control officer. In the meantime, the caller was to hold on to the dog.
8:33 p.m. A Granite Street caller reported finding her front door wide open when she arrived home. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officer Tyler Brabham responded and checked the house and found all in place.

March 7
10:06 a.m. A Revolutionary Way resident reported a brown dog with tags was loose in the neighborhood. Officers Jay Deiana and Ryan Polselli responded and reunited the dog with its owner.
10:36 a.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil assisted a disabled motor vehicle on Wood Street.
12:52 p.m. Officer Benjamin Stickney checked on a vehicle on Main Street and advised the operator of a flat tire.
11:11 p.m. Multiple calls were received about a motor vehicle accident on Grove Street. Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officers Robert Ekross and Stephen Buckley responded and issued a civil citation. A tow truck was requested. No personal injuries were reported.

March 8
12:27 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield assisted another town department on Davis Road by checking on a vehicle of an unwanted party in the area. The information was logged.
4:09 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield checked on a vehicle and occupant on Main Street. All was OK. The individual was delivering bread.
12:39 p.m. A caller reported a squirrel was trapped in her bedroom. Officer Benjamin Stickney responded and contacted the animal control officer for assistance.
3:20 p.m. A caller reported a motor vehicle accident on Thayer Heights Road. Sergeant William Burchard and Officer Preston Mucciarone responded and reported a car was driven through a garage at a Briarcliff Road residence. An ambulance was requested. The driver refused medical attention. The building inspector was requested.
4:45 p.m. A caller reported a black Jeep Wrangler driving on Loop Road with a skateboarder attached. Officer Preston Mucciarone responded and spoke to both parties.
5:05 p.m. A walk-in handed in two store cards and one gift card found on the counter at a West Main Street bank. The owner was to be notified.
5:27 p.m. Multiple calls were received about an erratic operator on Granite Street who hit a stone wall and a pole. Sergeant William Burchard and Officer Preston Mucciarone responded and located the traveling vehicle. An ambulance was requested and transported one person to the hospital. Verizon was contacted, as was a tow truck and the animal control officer.

March 9
8:17 a.m. A Grove Street resident reported his car was egged overnight. Officer Ryan Polselli responded and took a report.
2:08 p.m. A West Elm Street caller reported her mailbox was vandalized over the weekend. Officer John Corridan responded and took a report.
2:50 p.m. Officer Preston Mucciarone responded along with the Fire Department to a report of a fire on West Main Street. An employee had put out the fire with an extinguisher. No hazardous exposure was found.
3:56 p.m. Officer Derek Morton responded to a motor vehicle accident on Main Street. No injuries were reported.

March 10
10:49 a.m. A caller reported a possibly injured yellow Lab running loose on Ash Street. Officer Jessica Ferreira responded and checked the area with a negative find.
12:54 p.m. A passerby reported heavy smoke coming from a chimney on Elm Street and fire alarms sounding. Officer Brian Sanchioni responded along with the Fire Department, which reported an oil burner problem.
2:39 p.m. A Water Department employee reported a verbal argument in a West Main Street parking lot. Officers Jessica Ferreira and Ryan Polselli responded and spoke with both parties, who were to be on their way.
4:02 p.m. A Hillcrest Drive resident reported a dog followed her home. The animal control officer was notified.
4:45 p.m. A Hidden Brick Road caller spoke with Officer Preston Mucciarone about a ransom email he received.
5:08 p.m. A caller reported leaving his wallet on top of his vehicle and driving off on West Main Street. He wanted the incident logged.
5:37 p.m. A caller reported a large sinkhole on Hidden Brick Road. Officer Preston Mucciarone placed cones around it and notified the DPW.

March 11
8:33 a.m. Officer Ryan Polselli advised news reporters on school property on Hayden Rowe Street to move.
12:23 p.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officer Ryan Polselli responded to a motor vehicle accident on Curtis Road. No injuries were reported.
1:10 p.m. A caller spoke with Officer Ryan Polselli about a past crosswalk violation on Main Street. A report was to follow.
5:04 p.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil issued a written warning to a motorist on Granite Street for speeding.
6:38 p.m. A caller reported a suspicious black SUV parked off to the side of the road. It had been parked in the same location for two days. Officer Tyler Brabham responded and the vehicle was gone upon his arrival.

March 13
9:29 a.m. Sergeant Matthew McNeil took a report of vandalism on Ash Street.
11:08 a.m. A caller reported a social security scam phone call and confirmed no information was given to the scammers.
11:37 a.m. Officer Philip Powers assisted a disabled motor vehicle with a flat tire on Oliver Lane.
1:55 p.m. Officer Ryan Polselli took a report of a suspicious incident on South Street from a few days earlier.
4:41 p.m. Sergeant William Burchard and Officer Brian Sanchioni responded to a motor vehicle accident at the bottom of the Interstate 495 ramp on West Main Street. Minimal damage and no personal injury were reported.
5:20 p.m. Officer Preston Mucciarone was flagged down by a passing motor vehicle on Hayden Rowe Street. The operator reported his windshield was hit by a BB gun pellet near Grove and Pleasant Streets. Officer Mucciarone investigated.

March 14
12:23 p.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officer Stephen Buckley checked on a person in a parked vehicle on South Street. All was OK, she was waiting for another person.
5:07 a.m. An Oliver Lane resident reported fire alarms sounding in the house. The caller stated boiler work was recently done. Officer Stephen Buckley responded along with the Fire Department. The residence was evacuated, the boiler was shut down and the house was ventilated.
10:27 a.m. A caller reported a Hayden Rowe Street resident was pumping water into the roadway. Officer Jay Deiana responded and the person was gone upon his arrival.
3:10 p.m. A Jamie Lane resident reported a suspicious person in a vehicle who had been driving around the neighborhood the past few days and interacting with neighborhood children. Officers Preston Mucciarone and Brian Sanchioni responded and checked Jamie Lane and the surrounding neighborhoods with a negative find.
3:38 p.m. A walk-in reported a group of teenagers walking in to the State Park at the Cedar Street entrance with kayaks and no life jackets. Officer Brian Sanchioni and Sergeant William Burchard responded and located the teens. The Ashland Police Department was notified.
7:14 p.m. A caller reported a young female asking people for money on West Main Street. Sergeant William Burchard and Officer Preston Mucciarone responded and checked the area with a negative find.
9:20 p.m. Sergeant Wiliam Burchard found two people in a parked vehicle on Loop Road and advised them to move along.
10:06 p.m. A Hayden Rowe Street caller reported a person drove by his house and shot paintballs at his door. Officer Preston Mucciarone responded and the vehicle was gone upon his arrival. Officer Mucciarone spoke with the homeowner, and it appeared his house was a random target.

March 15
10:49 a.m. A caller reported losing a box of clothing from her vehicle while driving on Interstate 495 and wanted the incident logged.
1:25 p.m. A caller reported a driver sped up as he was passing a female walking on College Street, nearly hitting her. The license plate was obtained, and Officer Jay Deiana contacted the driver and advised him of the complaint.
2:13 p.m. A caller reported a case of road rage on Wood Street. The license plate number was given to Officer Jay Deiana, who spoke with all involved parties.
2:51 p.m. A caller reported the odor of gas in a barn on Hayden Rowe Street. Officers Philip Powers and Tyler Brabham responded along with the Fire Department and found the source to be a propane tank. Zero readings were found inside the home.
5:05 p.m. A First Road resident reported a dispute with a neighbor over a noise complaint. Officers Philip Powers and Preston Mucciarone responded and spoke with both individuals.
8:45 p.m. A caller reported a suspicious person screaming and walking down Trevor Lane. Officers Preston Mucciarone and Philip Powers responded and checked the area with a negative find.

March 16
1:01 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield checked on a person in a vehicle on Loop Road and advised him to move along.
7:33 a.m. A walk-in handed in a wallet found on Wood Street.
11:22 a.m. Officer Philip Powers responded to a report of a pole leaning over the roadway of Wood Street. Officer Powers reported the pole had snapped and notified Verizon.
3:51 p.m. A Carriage Hill Road resident reported finding a dog. The animal control officer was contacted.
6:22 p.m. The Health Department requested an occupancy check at a Hayden Rowe Street residence. Sergeant Matthew McNeil checked and found all OK.
8:01 p.m. A Connelly Hill Road caller reported a suspicious silver sedan parked by her mailbox. Officer Derek Morton responded and found an individual visiting the caller’s neighbor. All was OK.
