12:42 a.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani checked on a motor vehicle parked on South Street and found a person resting. All was OK.
5:06 a.m. A Saddle Hill Road resident reported hearing a male’s voice in her driveway. She called back and reported it was an Amazon delivery driver, and all was OK.
7:36 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker completed community relations at the high school on Hayden Rowe Street.
8:02 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker reported a minor motor vehicle accident at EMC Park on Hayden Rowe Street. A report was taken.
8:25 a.m. A caller reported a man yelling at a car on West Main Street and causing a disturbance. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded, and the person was gone upon his arrival.
8:35 a.m. The DPW reported illegal dumping on Fruit Street. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and took a report.
8:45 a.m. A caller reported a verbal argument between a landlord and a tenant on Ash Street. Officer Nicholas Walker spoke with the caller and stated it was a civil matter.
1:25 p.m. A walk-in complained of speeding on Winter Street. The complaint was logged.
1:50 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker assisted the Fire Department in investigating a report of an inside odor at a Mayhew Street residence.
3:26 p.m. Officer Augusto Diaz completed community relations at Elmwood School on Elm Street.
4:02 p.m. Officer Augusto Diaz assisted a tractor-trailer backing into a loading spot on South Street.

September 11
12:40 a.m. Officer Sean McKeon made checks of Wood Street.
2:37 a.m. Sergeant William Burchard checked on East Street property.
8:35 a.m. A caller reported a suspicious male walking around Pinecrest Village and trying to get into one of the residences. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officer Brian Ziniti responded and reported the person was the brother of the property owner.
11:05 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker took a report of fraud on East Main Street.
12:34 p.m. A Highcroft Way walk-in reported civil issues and potential elder affairs. Officer Nicholas Walker responded to the location to keep the peace and reported it was a civil issue only.
1:13 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker responded to Mayhew Street and took a motor vehicle crash report.
2:02 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker assisted a person at the station with license verification.
6:33 p.m. A caller complained of two cars parked side by side on Mayhew Court, preventing the caller from getting by. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil responded and spoke with both parties, who were to be more courteous.
8:16 p.m. Officer Augusto Diaz checked on the former Center School property on Ash Street.
11:52 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.

September 12
12:52 a.m. Officer Sean McKeon made checks of Loop Road.
7:49 a.m. A Hayden Rowe Street business owner complained of high school students parking at his business. Sergeant Matthew Santoro spoke to the students, and they removed their vehicles.
8:04 a.m. Officer Noah Buentello made checks of Loop Road, the high school and middle school.
9:24 a.m. Sergeant Matthew Santoro found an iPhone at the high school track and notified the owner.
11:04 a.m. A walk-in reported construction vehicles were blocking the bicycle lane on Hayden Rowe Street. A detail officer was contacted and mitigated the problem.
11:54 a.m. Officer Noah Buentello checked on the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
2:51 p.m. A caller reported a flatbed truck dropped the front end of a pickup truck in the roadway on Cedar Street. Officers Nicholas Walker and Noah Buentello responded, picked up a license plate and reported the truck part was not obstructing the roadway.
3:10 p.m. A walk-in reported when he returned from vacation, he discovered that his motorcycle was stolen some time within the past week or two. No sign of entry was found in his garage. Sergeant Matthew McNeil took a stolen vehicle report.
5:00 p.m. A concerned caller reported an elderly male walking with a cane in the roadway on Clinton Street. Officer Shannon Beloin responded and checked on the man, who was out for his daily walk. All was OK.
5:34 p.m. A caller reported a male was shooting cans on Parker Point Road. Sergeants William Burchard and Arthur Schofield responded and spoke to the male, who was shooting cans with a pellet gun, and advised him that he could not shoot in a public park. He packed up and left.
5:39 p.m. A walk-in reported she received notification that her Social Security number may have been compromised. Officer Shannon Beloin assisted and took a report.
9:28 p.m. Officer Shannon Beloin made checks of EMC Park on Hayden Rowe Street.
11:58 p.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani made checks of the middle school on Hayden Rowe Street and found a door open. He checked inside and secured the door.

September 13
12:11 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield checked on a motor vehicle on South Street and spoke with the driver, who was smoking a cigarette before driving home. All was OK.
7:38 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz completed community policing at the high school on Hayden Rowe Street.
8:04 a.m. Officers Nicholas Walker and Augusto Diaz responded to a motor vehicle accident on Granite Street. No personal injuries were reported. A verbal warning was issued for expired registration and operation of a motor vehicle without a license. Officer Walker transported one student passenger to school.
8:37 a.m. A caller reported a motorcycle speeding on Lumber Street. Officer Augusto Diaz responded, and the vehicle was gone upon his arrival.
8:58 a.m. A walk-in handed in an iPhone found on Ash Street.
9:22 a.m. A caller reported a vehicle struck his parked vehicle on Walcott Street within the past 24 hours. Officer Nicholas Walker responded, reported heavy damage to the vehicle and searched for the suspect vehicle. He pulled nearby camera footage for the investigation.
11:00 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz checked on the dog park on Pratt Way.
11:29 a.m. A caller reported contractor theft on Huckleberry Road. Officer Augusto Diaz assisted and took a report.
12:09 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker responded to a report of low-hanging wires on Church Street and contacted Verizon and Eversource.
12:59 p.m. Officer Augusto Diaz responded along with the Fire Department to a report of an inside odor of natural gas on Lumber Street.
1:14 p.m. A walk-in reported a possible phone scam. Officer Augusto Diaz assisted. He confirmed no information was given to scammers and advised the reporting person on ways to prevent future fraud.
2:15 p.m. A West Main Street business employee reported two cases of past larceny. Officer Augusto Diaz responded, spoke with loss prevention staff and took a report.
3:29 p.m. After a traffic complaint, Officer Shannon Beloin made checks of Cobblers Way.
3:30 p.m. Officer Shannon Beloin took a report of fraud on Main Street.
4:47 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker assisted a duck crossing the roadway on Ash Street.
5:19 p.m. Loss prevention staff at a West Main Street business reported a repeat shoplifter was in the store. Sergeant William Burchard and Officers Nicholas Walker and Shannon Beloin responded and took a report.
5:55 p.m. Multiple callers reported hearing gunshots in the area of West Main Street. The Upton Police Department responded, and the incident was logged.
6:29 p.m. A concerned caller reported two small children walking alone on Chestnut Street. Sergeant William Burchard and Officer Shannon Beloin responded and checked the area with a negative find.
8:19 p.m. A walk-in requested to speak with an officer about a dispute with a neighbor. Officer Shannon Beloin assisted and took a report.

September 14
2:25 a.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani assisted the State Police with a traffic stop on West Main Street.
10:13 a.m. A caller reported a brown and black dog with an attached leash running across Elm Street with no owner around. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and reported the dog was reunited with its owner.
10:37 a.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani made checks of the former Center School property on Ash Street.
10:39 a.m. A caller reported a hitchhiker on Cedar Street who appeared to be in distress. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded, checked on the man and gave him a courtesy transport to the Southborough train station.
2:17 p.m. Officers Shannon Beloin and Kyle Quinzani completed community policing on Hayden Rowe Street.
4:59 p.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil helped a Davis Road resident gain access into a bathroom.
8:13 p.m. A caller reported a loose dog on Ash Street who was running away from Family Day fireworks. The dog, with no collar or tags, was hit by a car. The caller stated that the dog needed to go to a vet. The animal control officer was contacted but was out of town. The dog’s owner subsequently called and reported he was going to pick up the dog on Ash Street.
10:39 p.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield made checks of Legacy Farms North property.

September 15
2:08 a.m. Officer Brian Ziniti checked on Clinton Street property.
11:42 a.m. A caller reported a black Lab wearing an electric fence collar was running loose on East Main Street. The animal control officer was notified and responded. The owner was contacted and picked up the dog.
12:27 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti made checks of the Fruit Street fields.
6:02 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour checked on Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
6:18 p.m. A motorist reported an erratic blue Ford SUV on Wood Street that turned onto Elm Street. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded and checked the area with a negative find.
11:51 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon made checks of Parkwood Drive.

September 16
10:03 a.m. A caller complained of multiple vehicles parked in the fire lane on South Street. Officer Nicholas Walker responded and spoke with the vehicle owners.
10:54 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker completed community relations on South Street.
2:36 p.m. A caller reported a male and female living between a van and U-Haul truck on Constitution Court and wanted them off the property. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officer Nicholas Walker spoke with the parties, and they moved along.
5:19 p.m. A West Main Street resident reported a cat has been hanging around her property on and off for the past two weeks. The animal control officer was notified, and he was to contact Baypath Humane Society in the morning.
7:54 p.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
9:32 p.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield made checks of the bird sanctuary on Clinton Street.
10:05 p.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil spoke with some youths on Hayden Rowe Street who stated they were picking up balls left behind. They were moved along.
11:26 p.m. A motorist reported an erratic Nissan Sentra operating at 20-30 mph on Cedar Street and unable to stay in one lane. Sergeant William Burchard responded, followed the vehicle to the Upton line and did not witness any erratic driving.
