ARRESTS

Feb. 19
8:13 p.m. A caller reported a male slumped over and intoxicated outside on Grove Street. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officers Sean McKeon, Kyle Quinzani, Nicholas Saletnik and Brian Ziniti responded and arrested a 46-year-old from Framingham who had been released earlier in the day and was on parole. He was charged with assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery on ambulance personnel, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, bomb/hijack threat, disorderly conduct and threat to commit a crime.

Feb. 17
2:02 a.m. Officer Lucille Creedon made checks of Pratt Way property.
8:50 a.m. The State Police reported a minor motor vehicle crash just off an Interstate 495 ramp on West Main Street. Officers Nicholas Walker and Benjamin Vaz responded and assisted.
10:24 a.m. An Oakhurst Road caller reported fraud. Officer Nicholas Walker spoke with her and advised her to visit the station.
12:01 p.m. A Constitution Court resident reported a possible past breaking and entering. Sgt. Matthew Santoro and Officer Benjamin Vaz responded and took a report.
2:47 p.m. A Downey Street resident reported a scam where a person contacted him by phone and stated that he won a prize package, and in order to receive the winnings, he needed to put money on a gift card and start paperwork. The caller was advised not to buy any gift cards or send any money and to end all contact with the scammer. The incident was logged.
8:38 p.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin made checks of Ash Street property.
9:18 p.m. An Elm Street caller reported being harassed via multiple phone calls and FaceTime, and the harassment also extended to his family. The person in question called the police station. Officer Kyle Quinzani advised the person not to contact the reporting person.
11:56 p.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin checked on a motor vehicle on Main Street and issued a warning for an unsecured load.

Feb. 18
1:57 a.m. Officer Jennifer Manning made checks of Lakeshore Drive.
8:22 a.m. A caller reported a past hit-and-run motor vehicle incident on Constitution Court. Sgt. Matthew Santoro responded and took a report.
10:24 a.m. An A Street resident reported a suspicious cargo van in her driveway and two males walking around her property. Officer Benjamin Vaz checked the area and reported it was an Eversource van and workers.
10:25 a.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz reported vandalism at the middle school on Hayden Rowe Street after finding graffiti.
10:27 a.m. A Sterling Drive resident reported a phone scam. No personal information was given to the scammers. The incident was logged.
10:57 a.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz took a report of fraud on Downey Street.
4:00 p.m. A motorist reported a box truck cut him off on West Main Street and broke his mirror. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and took a report.
5:22 p.m. A Greenwood Road caller reported losing a phone. Officer Brian Ziniti assisted and took a report.
8:09 p.m. A caller requested a motor vehicle check on Granite Street. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Sean McKeon responded and found the vehicle had struck a deer. A crash report was taken.
10:11 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon made checks of Wilson Street property.

Feb. 19
1:01 a.m. Officer Eva Cann checked on Pratt Way property.
7:55 a.m. Sgt. Matthew Santoro made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
12:42 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz checked on Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
3:50 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon responded along with the Fire Department to investigate a report of the inside odor of natural gas at a Connelly Hill Road residence.
8:50 p.m. A caller reported a loose dog with no collar roaming around Church Street. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and reported the dog was returned home.

Feb. 20
2:36 a.m. Officer Lucille Creedon assisted the Southborough Police Department on Cordaville Road.
7:58 a.m. Sgt. Matthew Santoro responded to a parking complaint on Main Street and had a motorist remove the vehicle.
9:30 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker completed community relations on Main Street.
10:30 a.m. Sgt. Matthew Santoro responded to a motor vehicle crash on South Street and took a report.
11:58 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik assisted the Fire Department with investigating an outside odor of gas on Davis Road.
1:04 p.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik took a report of fraud on Grove Street.
3:08 p.m. Officers Noah Buentello and Justin Cappuccio responded to a motor vehicle crash involving two cars on Lumber Street. No personal injuries were reported.
4:59 p.m. Officer Brian Ziniti assisted a caller with proper procedure for formally making a records request.
5:06 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello responded along with the Fire Department to East Main Street for a report of a pellet stove not venting correctly and filling the house with smoke.
5:09 p.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin and Officers Justin Cappuccio and Sean McKeon responded to a report of suspicious activity on South Street and took a report.
5:26 p.m. A caller reported a motor vehicle crash on Cedar Street. Officers Sean McKeon and Noah Buentello responded and took a report. A tow truck removed the vehicle.
6:20 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon checked on a vehicle in a Pratt Way parking lot and found it unoccupied and secure.
7:22 p.m. Officer Justin Cappuccio assisted a disabled motor vehicle that was stuck and off the roadway on Erika Drive.
7:34 p.m. A motorist on Interstate 495 northbound reported he slid off the roadway and into the median. The State Police were notified.
11:19 p.m. A caller reported two teenagers in the middle of the road on East Main Street. When the caller approached them, they moved to the side of the road. Officer Aline Matos responded and checked the area with a negative find.
11:27 p.m. Officer Aline Matos stood by on East Main Street while a tow truck assisted a disabled motor vehicle on East Main Street.

Feb. 21
3:38 a.m. The DPW reported a winter parking ban violation on Teresa Road and requested the vehicle be removed. Officer Aline Matos responded and issued a citation.
4:16 a.m. Officer Robert Ekross assisted the Fire Department in responding to a report of the inside odor of gas on Walcott Valley Drive.
8:33 a.m. A caller reported two people on ice on the reservoir on Cedar Street building a snowman. The caller was concerned that the ice could break. Officer Nicholas Walker responded.
9:17 a.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield checked on a vehicle blocking the Dunkin’ entrance on West Main Street and spoke with a plow driver, who was waiting to plow the parking lot. All was OK.
2:29 p.m. A caller reported a SUV was stuck in a snow bank on West Main Street. Officer Nicholas Walker responded, and the vehicle was gone upon his arrival.
4:59 p.m. A motorist reported he crashed into a pole on Fruit Street. Officers Noah Buentello and Sean McKeon responded. No airbags deployed, and no personal injuries were reported.
5:00 p.m. A caller reported she lost her Subaru key fob and house keys somewhere between Upton and Interstate 495. The incident was logged.
8:48 p.m. A caller reported multiple thefts from stores located in other towns. Officer Brian Ziniti advised her that she needed to contact police in the towns where the thefts occurred.

Feb. 22
12:39 a.m. A Woodview Way resident reported his neighbor was making noise, and his daughter was upset about it. The noise stopped, but the caller wanted the incident logged.
1:01 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker checked on Parkwood Drive property.
1:10 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker checked on Constitution Court property.
1:17 a.m. Officer Eva Cann checked on Hayden Rowe Street property.
11:40 a.m. A walk-in reported he possibly was being followed. Officer Nicholas Walker assisted and took a report.
4:35 p.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin made checks of Wood Street buildings.
8:11 p.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani checked on a vehicle parked on Summer Street and had it removed.
