ARRESTS

July 24
9:21 a.m. Officers identified a vehicle with no plates parked in front of a house on Connelly Hill Road. They spoke with the male owner of the vehicle. Two license plates inside the vehicle came back as stolen. A 26-year-old man from Morton Street in Framingham was placed into custody and charged with receiving stolen property, attaching wrong plates to a vehicle to conceal identity, and having an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle. The man also was detained on a straight warrant arrest.

July 25
3:11 a.m. Officer Jennifer Manning logged a booking of a 59-year-old woman from Cranston, Rhode Island, on a straight warrant arrest.

July 26
6:27 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker requested a second unit with a breathalyzer test following a stop on Chestnut Street. A Milford Police officer responded to assist with translation. A 26-year-old man from Bishop Street in Framingham was arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation and operating under the influence of liquor.

July 22
11:05 a.m. Officers assisted with a search on South Street in Westborough for a missing 15-year-old who got into a fight with her mother and took off. Both parties were spoken with, and the girl was reunited with her mother.
11:21 a.m. Units responded to Interstate 495 northbound in Hopkinton for a crash with no personal injury. A tow truck was en route and took the vehicle from the scene.
11:52 a.m. A caller from Constitution Court requested an officer respond for a report of damage to a lobby and game room. Officers were unable to make contact with the party.
2:34 p.m. Officer Aline Matos responded to Valleywood Road after a worker pulled down a wire. It was determined the wire was not a hazard.
4:06 p.m. Officer Cody Normandin responded to South Street after a caller reported a two-car crash with no injuries. A crash report was to follow.

July 23
7:15 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker assisted a West Main Street resident who requested assistance for blocking traffic as he moved an excavator off his property.
7:55 a.m. Units responded to Hayden Rowe Street after a vehicle hit another car and took off. Parties saw the vehicle and took down the license plate.
1:41 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello took an incident report after a Hillcrest Drive caller reported a neighbor did damage to a drain on the property.
2:27 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker took a report of property damage on Main Street.
5:33 p.m. Units responded to a crash into a telephone pole on Wood Street. An ambulance was requested for evaluation of a 17-year-old. Eversource was contacted and was to go out to assess the pole.
7:30 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour assisted a caller on Main Street after she reported she backed into another vehicle. He responded to the scene, and a message was left for the other vehicle owner. A crash report was to follow.

July 24
3:35 p.m. Officers responded to Castle Hill Road for a crash will personal injury. A tow truck was contacted, and a driver was transported to the hospital. Minor pole damage was observed.
5:51 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz took a report of a two-car crash on West Main Street. A third vehicle was involved but sustained no damage, so it left the scene.
6:39 p.m. A caller reported an elderly man was riding a motorized scooter down West Main Street where there were no sidewalks.
8:17 p.m. A caller from Legacy Farms North reported a possible injured skunk walking near the woods. Animal control was notified.

July 25
2:48 p.m. Dispatch received multiple calls for a two-car crash on Deer Run with unknown injuries. Officers responded and took a report. The roadway was open, and both vehicles were towed from the scene.
7:27 p.m. A caller on Constitution Court stated he saw a party stumble to a vehicle and drive away, and thought they might be under the influence. The party’s direction of travel was unknown. Units checked an apartment complex and surrounding businesses with a negative find.
9:39 p.m. Officer Cody Normandin checked on a party walking by the ramps on West Main Street. The party stated he was walking to work and did not need a courtesy transport.

July 26
12:05 a.m. Officer Lucille Creedon was out with a vehicle in front of the fire station on Main Street. The party was an Uber driver and was to move along.
3:02 p.m. Officers responded to a two-car crash on West Main Street and took a report.
5:17 p.m. Officers responded to a two-car crash on Main Street. One operator was issued a citation.
6:12 p.m. A Smith Road resident complained of two girls on an e-bike without helmets. Officer Nicholas Walker went out to Connelly Hill road and spoke to the girls’ mother, who was to put a stop to the e-bike riding.
10:33 p.m. Units responded to a car hitting a bike on Wood Street. The vehicle, a silver Ford Focus, took off toward Westborough. Westborough Police were advised. A report was to follow.
11:02 p.m. Officers checked on a disabled motor vehicle on Red Tail Circle. The driver had a tow truck en route.

July 27
8:18 a.m. Officers responded to a two-car crash on East Street. No injuries were reported, but the operators were arguing. A report was to follow.
12:12 p.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik checked vehicles on Holt Street following a traffic complaint. The vehicles belonged to a construction crew, who were advised to move them down the road.
3:10 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded to a report of a low-hanging wire on A Street. Cones were placed, and Verizon was notified.
4:20 p.m. A walk-in wished to file a complaint against an officer. Officer Nicholas Walker spoke to the party and took a form to file potentially at a later date.
5:32 p.m. Units checked an apartment building on Constitution Court following a report of a possible domestic issue with a male party running from the building yelling for help. Officers checked the reported apartment, and no one wanted any services.
10:08 p.m. A caller requested a check on a van that was parked overnight in a lot on College Street over the past week. Officers checked and found no issues.

July 28
9:31 a.m. Officer Aline Matos responded to a two-car crash on Hayden Rowe Street and took a report.
9:43 a.m. Units responded to Fruit Street after a caller reported a male party on a bridge. The party reported he lived nearby and was seeing the progress of the construction work.
11:37 a.m. A Pratt Way caller reported a suspicious male showed up and wanted to help, then made some weird comments before he left. Officer Noah Buentello checked the area with a negative find. He was to check back in later in the day.
2:02 p.m. A caller reported a black Lab limping into a yard on Thayer Heights Road. The dog was taken to Baypath Humane Society and a message was left for the animal control officer.
7:44 p.m. Officers attempted to assist a disabled motor vehicle on Ash Street and brought a battery pack to try jumping the car. The driver was given a courtesy transport.
9:49 p.m A caller reported the doors of a gym on Hayden Rowe Street were wide open. Officers secured the doors.
10:16 p.m. A caller reported a cruiser at a car top access to a lot on Lakeshore Drive shining its headlights. No cruisers were at the location. A passenger car seen in the lot on camera went on its way before Officer Justin Cappuccio arrived to check the area.
10:22 p.m. Officer Victoria Fullagar checked on two vehicles on South Street. They were all set and were to move along.
