Main Street Corridor Project update: Sidewalk pouring planned for next week

A subcontractor for A.F. Amorello & Sons will on site next week to pour concrete for sidewalks, according to the latest Main Street Corridor Project update.

In addition to the sidewalk pouring, Amorello’s casting subcontractor will be raising castings on Main Street starting Monday and continuing through Friday.

FInal paving on the east side of the project from the fire station to Ray Street currently is planned for the week of Aug. 17.

Weather and other existing conditions may change the projected work schedule. Detours or alternating traffic will be used as needed for project work. For the most up-to-date information, visit the town’s project website at hopkintonmainstreet.com.
