Aug. 1
8:59 p.m. Units conducted a stop on Grove Street and arrested a 33-year-old resident of Framingham on charges of obstruction of justice, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, refusal of a driver to identify themself and a motor vehicle lights violation.
10:06 p.m. A 35-year-old individual from Framingham was arrested on East Main Street and charged with a marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of special regulations, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop for police.

July 29
7:43 a.m. Units responded to South Street for a multi-car crash. A report was to follow.
2:07 p.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield assisted a disabled motor vehicle into a lot on West Main Street.
4:17 p.m. Officer Victoria Fullager checked on a disabled vehicle on Hayden Rowe Street. The driver had made their own arrangements.
7:02 p.m. Officer Victoria Fullager checked on a vehicle on Legacy Farms North and found it unoccupied.
9:41 p.m. Officers responded to Morse Lane after a caller reported a telephone pole snapped and a tree was on wires. Eversource was contacted and cones were put out. Eversource was to contact the station when the line crew showed up.
10:12 p.m. A caller reported a car possibly crashed into a tree on West Main Street and then took off toward Upton. Units responded to the area, and Upton Police were notified. Officers reported no property damage, determining that the tree may have been down across the road and the vehicle occupants got out to move the tree.

July 30
2:03 a.m. Officer Jennifer Manning removed a tree down in the road on Wood Street.
10:36 a.m. Officer Aline Matos responded to a complaint of a vehicle parked in a Main Street lot for over 24 hours that did not belong to anyone there. Dispatch contacted the owner, who reported the vehicle was being towed shortly due to it being broken down. A tow truck later arrived at the scene.
11:34 a.m. Officer Victoria Fullagar responded to a request from Upton Police to be on the lookout for a vehicle with front passenger side damage involved in a hit and run. Fullagar checked West Main Street with a negative find. Upton Police later located the vehicle.
5:23 p.m. A Cedar Street caller reported he believed someone might have been in his Jeep due to its visors being down. The caller stated he did not have a time frame on when the activity might have taken place, as the last time he operated the vehicle was more than a week ago. He was no longer on scene, and police response was canceled en route. The incident was logged.

July 31
1:21 a.m. Southborough Police requested a check of Cedar Street near the town line for a tall man possibly wearing a camouflage jacket. The party was wanted for a theft in that town. An officer spoke with Southborough PD, and it was believed the party got on the commuter rail toward Worcester.
2:07 a.m. Officer Jennifer Manning checked on a party in a lot on Legacy Farms North. They were to be on their way.
5:41 a.m. A caller stated there was a dog running loose across from the middle school on Hayden Rowe Street and described as a white pit bull mix wearing a blue collar. The reporting party had attempted to corral the dog but was unable to and had to get to work. Officer Jennifer Manning checked the area with a negative find.
7:47 a.m. A walk-in reported a work truck was parked in a handicapped space on Main Street. Officer Victoria Fullagar assisted, and a worker from A.F. Amorello & Sons was to move the truck.
9:30 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded to Ash Street after the DPW reported a resident could not get out of her driveway due to construction. Saletnik spoke with the resident and cleared up any inconvenience.
11:20 a.m. A caller reported one vehicle off the road after a crash on West Elm Street. Officers responded and provided courtesy transport to a party on the scene. The road was reopened.
12:45 p.m. Officer Augusto Diaz Jr. responded to a disabled box truck on Main Street. The truck was determined not to be a hazard and had a tow en route.
1:22 p.m. A walk-in reported she was selling her home on School Street and it was under agreement, but the buyer’s realtor let contractors in without her knowledge. She wanted to speak to an officer regarding the issue.
3:11 p.m. Units responded to Cedar Street after a caller reported a truck was stuck in the road. Officers requested a tow truck for assistance, and the vehicle was cleared from the road.
4:24 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz checked Wood Street following a report of a loose dog with a negative find.
4:30 p.m. A caller reported a male party keeps showing up at her sister’s house on East Main Street.
4:38 p.m. Units responded to Teresa Road after a female party was reported missing. She was located on Hayden Rowe Street and transported back home by an officer.
5:57 p.m. Two calls from Christian Way reported a vehicle parked in the neighborhood and two male parties ringing a Ring camera and then leaving. Officer Sean McKeon located the males and gave them a courtesy transport back to their vehicle.
6:42 p.m. A family reported suspicious activity with their daughter earlier in the day.
11:17 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle swerved toward him and turned into a West Main Street parking lot. Officers checked the area with a negative find.

Aug. 1
9:07 a.m. Sgt. William Burchard spoke with an individual from another police agency who requested to speak with an officer regarding serving papers to a party.
9:37 a.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield assisted a vehicle on Hayward Street after a passerby advised it was disabled with a flat tire.  Schofield stood by while a tow was on the way.
10:59 a.m. A Hayward Street caller reported she had a strange interaction with a female party who was out walking her dogs. The caller tried to avoid the woman because one of the dogs was aggressive. According to the caller, the woman became irate, followed her back to her residence and continued yelling at her. The caller only wanted the incident logged and did not get identifying information on the other party.
12:55 p.m. A walk-in reported his vehicle was not where he left it. Officer Noah Buentello located it on Grove Street and gave the party a courtesy ride.
4:33 p.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik checked on a disabled vehicle on Cedar Street. Another vehicle was there assisting with a flat tire. The party was waiting for a licensed driver to come assist.
5:15 p.m. After an officer reported two black motorcycles speeding over 80 mph in the area of West Main Street and Lumber Street, units conducted a stop and issued civil citations to the riders.
5:39 p.m. Officers assisted the State Police with a stop on South Street involving a breathalyzer test. State Police had the party in custody.
7:09 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz checked Legacy Farms North after a caller reported a white work van was running for multiple hours with no one around. He was not able to locate the van.
7:17 p.m. An Ash Street caller reported he saw three juveniles walk up his long driveway, ring his doorbell and try to open the door of his RV in his Ring camera feed. Units checked the area and found the RV and home secure.
7:20 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon checked Paul Revere Path with a negative find after a caller reported three or four loose dogs with collars in the area. The dogs reportedly ran into the woods. A message was left with animal control and the potential owners.
7:37 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded to a call about a female party half undressed in her vehicle in a Main Street parking lot. He checked on the party and reported she was clothed and checked out OK.
9:03 p.m. A Winter Street caller reported a house party with multiple cars blocking access to the road. Officers responded and reported it was a backyard BBQ. Parties were to clear out shortly.

Aug. 2
12:13 a.m. Units were on scene with parties on Main Street after a caller reported he could hear a woman and possibly a man screaming, though he was unable to make out what they were saying. He reported the screaming was coming from Walcott Street, though he could not give an exact address. The parties on-scene confirmed it was a verbal argument only.
6:25 a.m. Southborough Police stated that a caller reported traffic was backed up in front of the state park. An officer responded, reported about 100 cars in the area and requested assistance. Units cleared the bulk of the cars blocking traffic.
6:55 a.m. A caller stated there was a black SUV and pickup truck parked near the tree line by Unit 16 on Cedar Street Extension that should not have been there. Sgt. Arthur Schofield responded, and the vehicles were removed.
7:09 a.m. A Cross Street resident reported a tree next to her mailbox was broken, and part of it was on telephone wires. Eversource was notified.
11:20 a.m. A Valleywood Road resident reported she had a bat trapped in her bedroom. Animal control called her and recommended pest removal agencies that could assist.
12:03 p.m Officer Noah Buentello issued a verbal warning to a Volkswagen on South Street for speeding and an expired inspection sticker.
2:10 p.m. A delivery driver reported a large dog from a Walcott Street residence jumped on her vehicle and scratched it. An officer advised her to contact her insurance company.
5:10 p.m. A caller reported a dog in a car with the windows barely open on West Main Street. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and found a person in the vehicle with the dog.
5:35 p.m. A Priscilla Road caller stated there were two boys in the water with a canoe. They did not appear to be in any distress and had on life jackets. Officer Kyle Quinzani went to the caller’s residence to verify there were no issues. Everything was OK; the boys made it to land and they were packing up.
5:49 p.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin checked on a vehicle pulled over on Cedar Street. The driver was all set and had pulled over to make a phone call.
8:39 p.m. A business advised Hopkinton Police that there was to be a tractor-trailer parked overnight in the middle school parking lot. It was to make a delivery the following morning.
10:16 p.m. A caller on Sylvan Way reported he might have seen a missing cat but was unsure of where it was. The incident was logged.

Aug. 3
8:17 a.m. A caretaker on Constitution Court reported illegal dumping. Officer Aline Matos responded and took an incident report.
9:45 a.m. Officer Noah Buentello removed a tree limb out of the roadway on Chestnut Street. The DPW was contacted to cut up and remove the tree.
1:54 p.m. Units responded to Spring Street after a caller reported a car was off the roadway into the woods. A tow truck was en route for the vehicle, and the DPW was to remove a tree. The driver refused medical treatment. Officers took a crash report, and Sgt. Arthur Schofield reported support for a telephone pole was removed but no wires were down.
3:44 p.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin responded to a vehicle driving slowly on Elm Street with its hazards on. It had a flat tire, and Beloin followed it to an auto shop.
4:01 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour took a fraud report from a Woodview Way resident who reported they were scammed out of $400 from a Facebook transaction.
4:57 p.m. A caller on Cedar Street reported a tree was down and blocking a lane of travel. DCR cleared the tree from the road with a winch.
5:05 p.m. A walk-in reported a tree was down but did not know the exact road. Officer Matthew LaTour came across a tree on Granite Street that may have been down across the road but had been moved to the side. All surrounding roads were clear of hazards.
8:50 p.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin conducted a check on a vehicle on West Main Street. The driver was OK and was to be on her way shortly.

Aug. 4
5:45 a.m. Massachusetts State Police requested an officer for assistance with a crash on School Street. A report was to follow.
8:26 a.m. A walk-in requested to file a complaint about cameras at his residence.
8:48 a.m. Officer Noah Buentello checked on a vehicle parked at the end of a lot on Parkwood Drive. It had been left on the side of the lot by grass for over a month and now had a flat tire. Buentello attempted to make contact with the owner via phone.
10:18 a.m. A caller reported his foot was run over by a vehicle on West Main Street July 31. Officer Noah Buentello responded, spoke with the party and reviewed camera footage.
11:29 a.m. Units assisted the Hopkinton Fire Department on Nazneen Circle after a caller reported his son had high carbon monoxide levels, which might have been due to their house.
12:13 p.m. A walk-in wanted to report an email scam and confirmed they gave no information to the scammers. The party was advised on how to prevent future fraud. The incident was logged.
4:27 p.m. A walk-in reported a possible scam on her father. Sgt. Shannon Beloin was to speak to the parties and file a report.
5:32 p.m. A Cranberry Lane caller reported two juveniles climbed up on the roof of his shed. He had obtained their information and wanted to file a report.
9:19 p.m. A caller stated that a truck was parked at College Rock Park and was aware the HPD checked the area a couple weeks ago. It was determined the party the vehicle belonged to works in the area and there were no issues with them parking there.
10:14 p.m. A caller reported what he thought was a truck smoking off of Lumber Street. Officer Matthew LaTour checked the area and determined the party was spraying for mosquitoes.
