Ann Forrest

Ann Louise Forrest, 87, of Hopkinton passed away Sept. 29. Born in Cambridge, she was the daughter of the late Mabel (Melanson) and Richard Doucette. She was the wife of the late Kenneth David Forrest.

Ann had worked for the telephone company until 1967. She was an active daily participant at St. John the Evangelist Church. She enjoyed taking care of her yard, especially her plants and flowers.

Ann is survived by her daughter, Kendra Weldon and her significant other, Mark Campbell, and two grandchildren, Kristina and Kyle Weldon, all of Hopkinton. Ann was one of nine children and leaves behind two siblings.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Oct. 2, from 4-7 p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Hopkinton, 57 Hayden Rowe St. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3, at Mount Auburn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, 8180 Greensboro Drive, Suite 400, McLean, VA 22102.
