Ann Redding

Ann E. Redding, 72, of Hopkinton passed away Dec. 11 at Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham. Born in Medford, she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth (Emerson) and Andre Redding.

Ann was a graduate of Hopkinton High School and a lifelong resident. She enjoyed growing flowers in her garden. She was a breeder for chihuahua dogs and loved them very much.

Ann is survived by her son, Anthony Wood of Leominster. She also leaves behind two brothers, Peter Redding of Milford and Mark Redding of Ohio, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral arrangements are being held privately and are under the care of the Chesmore Funeral Home of Hopkinton.

Obituaries are submissions, typically from funeral homes, that are not subject to the same level of editorial oversight as the rest of the Hopkinton Independent. Obituaries may be edited for grammatical and factual mistakes and clarifications and shortened for space considerations.
