ARRESTS

April 3
4:27 p.m. Staff at a West Main Street establishment reported suspicious activity and a possibly intoxicated female. Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officers Matthew LaTour and Nicholas Saletnik responded and performed field sobriety tests and subsequently arrested a 30-year-old Framingham resident and charged her with marked lanes violation, OUI drugs, OUI liquor, possession of a Class A drug, possession of a Class C drug, and possession of a Class E drug.

March 28
12:55 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker made checks of Constitution Court.
8:30 a.m. Officer Tyler Staback checked on the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
8:37 a.m. Officer Robert Ekross responded to a motor vehicle accident on West Main Street and spoke with all involved parties. No personal injuries were reported.
10:25 a.m. The Sheriff’s Department requested the animal control officer to respond for assistance with removing a dog during a service in Pinecrest Village. The animal control officer was notified and responded.
11:01 a.m. Officer Tyler Staback made checks of Marathon School property.
11:12 a.m. Officer Tyler Staback made checks of the high school, middle school and Hopkins School complex.
11:25 a.m. Officer Robert Ekross made checks of Elmwood School on Elm Street.
1:35 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross assisted a disabled tractor-trailer on Wood Street.
1:46 p.m. Officer Matthew Santoro discovered the blinking crosswalk light on Hayden Rowe Street by the school was out and notified the DPW.
4:36 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour responded to a report of a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on Wood Street, where the caller found the vehicle’s window broken. A report was taken.
4:36 p.m. A caller reported receiving threatening texts. Officer Cody Normandin assisted and took a report.
7:07 p.m. A caller in Pinecrest Village reported a male who was evicted earlier was back at the scene and causing a disturbance. Sergeant William Burchard and Officers Nicholas Saletnik, Cody Normandin and Matthew LaTour responded and took a report.
9:57 p.m. Sergeant William Burchard and Officers Cody Normandin and Matthew LaTour responded to a disturbance on West Main Street and took a report.
10:48 p.m. A Connelly Hill Road resident reported being blackmailed. Officer Cody Normandin assisted and took a report of fraud.

March 29
12:29 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker checked on a vehicle on Legacy Farms North and found a female passenger sleeping in it. Officer Walker spoke with the passenger and all was OK.
2:31 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker checked on East Street property.
7:55 a.m. A Pinecrest Village caller stated he was locked out of his residence and wanted to know where his belongings and dog were. Information was given to the caller about the location of his possessions and dog.
10:35 a.m. A Davis Road resident reported she heard a knock on her door in the middle of the night by an unknown person. Officer Robert Ekross spoke with the caller and advised her to call if it happens again.
10:38 a.m. A caller reported an unassisted outside fire on Bumps Lane. Officer Robert Ekross responded along with the Fire Department, and the source of the fire was found and extinguished. No permit had been taken out.
1:33 p.m. The DPW complained that the downtown traffic detour was using Church Street and Price Street and not going around. Officer Robert Ekross responded and reported no traffic issue.
1:46 p.m. A walk-in reported she possibly gave out personal information during a scam job interview. Officer Robert Ekross assisted and took a report of fraud.
2:25 p.m. A West Main Street caller reported a disturbance after a dog died during surgery. The caller reported the owner was acting aggressively. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officer Robert Ekross responded and took a report.
2:48 p.m. A motorist reported a disabled motor vehicle in the middle of the roadway on West Main Street. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded along with the Upton Police Department. A tow truck responded to the scene.
8:14 p.m. Sergeant William Burchard checked on a motor vehicle on South Street and found that it belonged to a member of a cleaning company working in a nearby building.
8:46 p.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik checked on Pratt Way property.

March 30
12:41 a.m. Officer Brennan Grimley checked on Clinton Street property.
12:46 a.m. Officer Brennan Grimley checked on a trailer on Frankland Road and found a driver waiting for someone to open the gate at Weston Nurseries, where he was to make a delivery.
12:53 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker made checks of Constitution Court.
8:06 a.m. A motorist reported an ongoing complaint of a vehicle running a stop sign and tailgating on Cedar Street. Sergeant William Burchard responded and spoke with the operator, who was to cease the behavior.
8:20 a.m. Sergeant William Buchard and Officer Brittany Firth responded to a motor vehicle crash on Ash Street between a school bus and a tractor-trailer. The bus clipped a pole, resulting in minor damage to a mirror. No personal injuries were reported.
8:41 a.m. Detective Gregg DeBoer assisted another police agency with an investigation and took a report.
9:39 a.m. Sergeant William Burchard made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
10:13 a.m. Sergeant Timothy Brennan spoke with and assisted a person on Main Street.
11:31 a.m. A Davis Road resident reported someone going through trash and taking property. Sergeant William Burchard checked in with the Hopkinton Housing Authority, spoke with all involved in the incident, and took a report.
11:33 a.m. Officer Cody Normandin assisted a person with non-firearms fingerprinting at the station.
1:15 p.m. A concerned caller reported a male hitchhiking on Erika Drive. Officer Cody Normandin responded and checked the area with a negative find.
1:21 p.m. A caller complained of a driver doing “doughnuts” on Appaloosa Circle. Sergeant Timothy Brennan responded and spoke with a parent on scene, who stated the youths would cease riding.
2:03 p.m. A caller reported a road hazard on Cedar Street, where utility vehicles were parked in the roadway. Sergeant William Burchard responded and spoke with the crew, and workers stated they were about to be done.
2:36 p.m. A motorist reported an aggressive driver who nearly side-swiped him on West Main Street. The vehicle crossed into Upton, and the caller wanted the incident logged.
3:33 p.m. A walk-in handed in a chainsaw picked up from the middle of the roadway on Wood Street and Main Street after falling from a white Toyota Tacoma pickup truck. Officer Shannon Beloin placed it with found property.
8:55 p.m. A walk-in from West Main Street reported someone stole tools from his brother-in-law’s garage. Officer Matthew LaTour took a report of stolen property.
8:58 p.m. Sergeant Matthew McNeil and Officer Shannon Beloin responded to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on Walcott Valley Drive. Minor damage was reported and officers spoke with a young male involved. No charges were filed.

March 31
12:39 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield issued parking violations on Walcott Street to two vehicles parked the wrong way on a one-way street.
2:09 a.m. Officer Brennan Grimley checked on a motor vehicle on Claflin Place, where the driver had just dropped off someone at a residence.
2:42 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz checked on Wilson Street property.
6:30 a.m. Officer Brennan Grimley assisted a disabled motor vehicle on Main Street and transported the operator to the station.
4:10 p.m. A motorist reported an erratic operator on Chamberlain Street traveling toward Milford. The operator eventually drove onto Interstate 495. Officer Matthew LaTour responded and checked the area with a negative find.
5:07 p.m. A caller reported a young male driving a motorbike on Walcott Valley Drive. Officer Matthew LaTour responded and checked the area with a negative find.
5:33 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour took a report of employment fraud.
11:29 p.m. A West Main Street caller reported he was in a wheelchair and locked in his room. The caller called back stating someone unlocked the door for him. Officer Augusto Diaz responded and was on scene.

April 1
2:08 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz made checks of Lakeshore Drive property.
2:03 p.m. A walk-in reported a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident at the high school parking lot on Hayden Rowe Street. Sergeant Timothy Brennan took a report.
2:18 p.m. A caller reported losing her license. The incident was logged.
4:24 p.m. A caller reported fraud. Officer Robert Ekross assisted and advised the person to contact the Webster Police Department, his local police department, and to stop making any financial transactions to the party in question.
9:10 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle was parked on Pond Street near the trail for a while and requested a check. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded and found the owner walking his dog. All was OK.

April 2
2:34 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik checked on Saddle Hill Road property.
3:24 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz checked on a person in a vehicle on Elm Street and spoke with an Alltown employee waiting for his shift to start. All was OK.
10:40 a.m. A caller requested to speak with an officer about computer search warrants. Sergeant Matthew McNeil assisted.
11:28 a.m. Officer Robert Ekross assisted a disabled motor vehicle on East Main Street.
3:28 p.m. A caller reported about eight teens climbing building equipment behind the former Center School on Ash Street. Officer Shannon Beloin responded and spoke with the group.
5:08 p.m. A caller reported finding a lost dog on West Elm Street. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded and reported a passerby knew who the dog belonged to and returned it to the owner.
6:06 p.m. A caller reported two people riding dirt bikes on private property on South Street. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officers Nicholas Saletnik and Robert Ekross responded and checked the area with a negative find.
11:15 p.m. A Wedgewood Drive resident reported his home was broken into and some items were missing. Sergeant Timothy Brennan and Officers Augusto Diaz and Nicholas Walker responded and entered the home. A report was to follow.

April 3
5:26 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker made checks of Legacy Farms North.
7:00 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz responded to a motor vehicle accident on South Street. No personal injuries were reported.
8:39 a.m. A caller reported a motor vehicle struck a light pole on South Street. Officers Robert Ekross and Tyler Staback responded and took a crash report. The vehicle was towed. No personal injuries were reported.
8:42 a.m. A caller reported the possible theft of intellectual property. Officer Robert Ekross assisted and took a report.
8:55 a.m. Officer Augusto Diaz spoke with a caller who had questions regarding complaints about an employer.
9:27 a.m. Officer Tyler Staback reported temporary repairs of an Ash Street building fell off. The facilities department was notified.
9:52 a.m. The New Bedford Police Department requested the delivery of a message to a Grove Street resident. Officer Robert Ekross was unable to deliver the message, as the party no longer lives in town.
11:07 a.m. Officer Brittany Firth spoke with parties involving possible harassment and subsequently took a report.
2:23 p.m. A caller reported a suspicious incident on Wood Street involving filming. Officer Robert Ekross responded and spoke with staff and reported a negative find on a person filming.
3:24 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour took a report of fraud on Rocky Wood Road.
4:55 p.m. A caller complained of two youths on motorbikes speeding on Hillcrest Drive toward Hayward Street. Officer Brian Sanchioni made checks of the area with a negative find.
6:03 p.m. A caller reported stolen property from a McHugh Lane property he was overseeing. The involved individuals were asked to vacate the residence, and the caller stated he believed there were at least three residents on the property. Sergeant Arthur Schofield contacted the caller for further information.
6:18 p.m. A caller reported two young boys on motorbikes speeding on Amherst Road. The caller and a friend were out walking and a dog belonging to a neighbor bit one of them due to the noise. The injured woman went to urgent care for treatment. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded and checked the area for the youths with a negative find.
6:32 p.m. A caller on Duffield Road reported a dog bite by a dog that was agitated by the sound of dirt bikes in the area. The female sought treatment at urgent care. Information was exchanged between the victim and the owner of the dog. The incident was logged.
6:52 p.m. A West Main Street caller reported her employer stole her 16-week-old bernedoodle puppy. Officer Nicholas Saletnik assisted and took a report.
7:18 p.m. A caller reported a Facebook scam in which a woman requested food and hygiene items for her four children, and once people dropped the items off to her at a Milford hotel where she was staying, she sold the items on Facebook Marketplace. Officer Nicholas Saletnik logged the incident, and the caller was advised to also call the Milford Police Department.
