ARRESTS

July 12
12:24 a.m. A caller reported an erratic operator swerving and almost hitting a curb on Main Street. Officers Nicholas Saletnik and Nicholas Walker responded, and Officer Brian Ziniti brought a portable breath test. A 39-year-old resident of South Mill Street in Hopkinton was arrested and charged with negligent operation of motor vehicle, possession of open container of alcohol and OUI liquor, second offense.

July 9
1:15 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield and Officer Tyler Staback checked on Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive and advised a group having a late-night swim to move along.
2:35 a.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani made checks of Woodview Way property.
10:55 a.m. Officer Noah Buentello completed community relations on Pratt Way.
1:17 p.m. A walk-in reported she lost her vehicle’s license plate. Sergeant Matthew Santoro assisted and advised her on how to proceed.
3:38 p.m. Officers Shannon Beloin and Robert Ekross responded to a motor vehicle crash on East Main Street involving three cars. No personal injuries were reported.
5:51 p.m. A walk-in DoorDash worker reported a male customer sent harassing messages to her via the DoorDash app. Officer Shannon Beloin took a report.
6:32 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour issued seven parking tickets at Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
9:44 p.m. Officer Shannon Beloin made checks of Main Street buildings.

July 10
2:32 a.m. A Davis Road resident reported hearing a knock on her door an hour earlier and other noises outside. She requested an officer to check the area. Officer Kyle Quinzani checked the area with a negative find.
7:48 a.m. A caller reported a horse running on Frostpane Lane with no rider on it. Officer Shannon Beloin and the animal control officer responded. They located the horse and the rider, who had fallen off. The rider refused any medical attention.
7:59 a.m. Sergeant Matthew Santoro made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
8:11 a.m. Officer Shannon Beloin made checks of the former Center School property on Ash Street.
8:54 a.m. A detail officer reported the traffic lights on Main Street were out of cycle. Officer Shannon Beloin responded and reset the lights to their normal cycle.
10:09 a.m. A caller reported a man detailing and painting a vehicle on the side of the roadway on Aspen Way. Sergeant Matthew Santoro responded, checked on the person and confirmed all was OK. He was just detailing a vehicle on the side of the road.
4:18 p.m. Officer Cody Normandin checked on a person in a vehicle parked on West Main Street. All was OK. He was sleeping.
4:38 p.m. A walk-in reported while he was parked on Grove Street, a person in a vehicle next to him opened his driver door and hit his vehicle. The person who caused the damage did not pull over. The caller was able to take a photo of the license plate. The incident was logged.
5:48 p.m. Officers Matthew LaTour and Cody Normandin assisted a disabled motor vehicle with a faulty tire on Proctor Street.
9:03 p.m. A walk-in reported she was stopped by a Milford police officer earlier because another motorist accused her of hitting his car and driving away. She stated she did not hit anyone’s car, and she showed pictures of her car that had no damage from the alleged hit and wanted to give her side of the story
9:52 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour made checks of Parkwood Drive property.

July 11
9:34 a.m. A caller reported a black backpack on the side of the roadway on Macadam Road. Officer Noah Buentello responded and reported the bag had items inside. The owner, who was working nearby, was located.
10:19 a.m. Officer Shannon Beloin made checks of Wilson Street property.
3:20 p.m. A caller requested to speak to an officer about a dispute with a neighbor about cutting trees. Officer Cody Normandin responded and took a report.
5:47 p.m. Officer Cody Nortmandin checked on a disabled motor vehicle on West Main Street and provided the driver with a courtesy transport.
6:52 p.m. A caller complained of illegally parked vehicles on Hayden Rowe Street. Officer Cody Normandin responded and issued one citation.
7:16 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour issued three parking citations on Lakeshore Drive.

July 12
12:41 a.m. Officer Tyler Staback checked on a vehicle in a back parking lot at the high school and moved a few students along.
1:13 a.m. A caller reported credit card fraud after receiving transaction notifications on a credit card that neither she nor her son were using. Officer Tyler Staback took a report of fraud.
6:40 a.m. Officer Tyler Staback made checks of Wilson Street property.
9:54 a.m. Officer Nichoals Walker checked on a vehicle parked in the middle of Downey Street and spoke with the driver, who was doing a land survey in the area. He was advised to find a better parking spot.
10:56 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker assisted a disabled motor vehicle on Interstate 495. A tow truck removed the vehicle.
2:29 p.m. A caller reported an erratic operator on Granite Street. Officer Nicholas Saletnik responded and checked on the driver, who was eating while driving. A verbal warning was issued.
5:33 p.m. A Huckleberry Road walk-in reported seeing via a security camera a person with a badge at his front doorstep. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil assisted the caller.
11:50 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon made checks of Clinton Street property.

July 13
12:03 a.m. The Fire Department requested a check of a female standing by the waterway on West Main Street. Officer Kyle Quinzani responded and found a person loading up some fishing gear. All was OK.
1:14 a.m. Officer Sean McKeon made checks of Main Street buildings.
1:30 a.m. Officer Sean McKeon assisted the Fire Department on Sanctuary Lane.
6:31 a.m. A Hayden Rowe Street caller reported a dead fawn at the bottom of his neighbor’s driveway. The caller subsequently moved it across the street into the wood line. The DPW and the animal control officer were notified.
11:42 a.m. A walk-in reported his bike was stolen from his driveway two days earlier. Officer Nicholas Walker responded and took a report.
3:22 p.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil and Officer Cody Normandin responded to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on Pinecrest Village. They issued a criminal application and took a report.
4:31 p.m. Officer Augusto Diaz assisted a person on Hayden Rowe Street who had an object fall off the roof of his vehicle.
4:35 p.m. A walk-in requested assistance with an issue of CVS overcharging him. Officer Nicholas Saletnik assisted and spoke with the walk-in about transactions on his credit card from the local CVS.
6:53 p.m. Multiple officers responded to a motor vehicle accident involving personal injury on West Main Street. A tow truck removed both vehicles.
9:41 p.m. Officer Augusto Diaz completed community relations at the basketball courts on Hayden Rowe Street.

July 14
12:32 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker made checks of Hopkinton Country Club property on Saddle Hill Road.
12:42 a.m. Officer Sean McKeon made checks of a vehicle parked on Cunningham Street.
4:22 a.m. Officer Sean McKeon responded along with the Fire Department to Constitution Court, where alarms were sounding.
4:59 a.m. The Fire Department reported a vehicle parked in the wrong spot on Constitution Court. Officer Sean McKeon issued a citation for obstruction of emergency vehicles.
8:52 a.m. Officers Nicholas Walker and Augusto Diaz checked on a motor vehicle parked at a West Main Street location for an extended period of time and found that the vehicle belonged to an Alltown employee.
1:20 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello checked on a vehicle on Legacy Farms North and directed the operator to the State Park.
1:34 p.m. A caller reported a dog wearing a watermelon bandana was running loose on Pond Street, and she transported it to Baypath. The animal control officer was notified.
2:30 p.m. Multiple callers reported a motor vehicle crash involving personal injury on Cedar Street. Multiple officers responded along with a tow truck.
4:15 p.m. Officer Shannon Beloin made checks of Sandy Beach.
4:23 p.m. Sergeant William Burchard reported a sand barrel on Main Street was struck and was in the roadway. Camera footage showed that a vehicle with a boat struck it and drove away. The DPW was notified.
4:35 p.m. Sergeant William Burchard and Officers Matthew LaTour and Nicholas Saletnik completed community relations at a concert on the Town Common.
5:57 p.m. A caller complained of jet skiers causing a disturbance on Lake Maspenock. Sergeant William Burchard and Officer Shannon Beloin responded. They issued parking citations but found no further issues.
8:50 p.m. A caller complained that multiple families were at Sandy Beach about to cook their dinner. Officer Shannon Beloin responded and reported the families were clearing out.
10:34 p.m. Officer Shannon Beloin made checks of Parkwood Drive.

July 15
12:31 a.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani checked on South Street property.
1:07 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield made checks of the boat ramp on Legacy Farms North.
9:05 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker assisted with the lights for the traffic barrel replacement on Main Street.
10:12 a.m. An Elm Street caller reported a lost cat. The incident was logged, and a social media post was made.
12:05 p.m. A walk-in spoke with Officer Noah Buentello about an ongoing parking complaint. An incident report was taken.
12:19 p.m. A Davis Road resident reported a vehicle was parked in a fire lane. Sergeant Matthew Santoro responded and found a person unloading groceries. She subsequently moved the vehicle.
1:42 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello responded to a motor vehicle accident on West Main Street and took a report.
2:35 p.m. A caller reported several youths popping wheelies and operating bicycles recklessly on Hayden Rowe Street. Sergeant Matthew Santoro responded and checked the area with a negative find.
5:02 p.m .A passerby stopped Officer Matthew LaTour on Lakeshore Drive and reported a past suspicious incident.
5:08 p.m. A caller reported a U-Haul was parked in a fire lane on Constitution Court. Officer Matthew LaTour responded and reported the rental office was to initiate the tow.
6:24 p.m. The State Police reported a road rage incident on Interstate 495 where a driver flashed a gun. The vehicle exited in Hopkinton or Milford. Sergeants William Burchard and Matthew McNeil and Matthew LaTour responded and checked the area with a negative find.
10:07 p.m. Sergeant William Bucrhard made checks of the former Center School on Ash Street and found a light on in the back that he was unable to shut off.
