March 11
12:45 a.m. A Rough Rider Road caller reported 3-5 youths were outside of his home breaking beer bottles. Sgt. Shannon Beloin and Officer Peter Lord responded and spoke with the reporting person, who thought there might be house party on Bullmoose Run. Officer Lord saw the youths running off toward Roosevelt Lane. They were located, and their parents were contacted to pick them up and clean up the glass from the roadway. Officers went to Bullmoose Run, and a report was taken.
5:29 a.m. A Winter Street caller reported a large branch hanging on the high-voltage wires across from his house. Sgt. Shannon Beloin responded, confirmed the large limb across the wires and notified Eversource.
8:43 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker completed community relations on Hayden Rowe Street.
12:19 p.m. A Teresa Road walk-in reported he was being scammed. Officer Noah Buentello assisted and took a report of fraud.
6:38 p.m. A caller complained that vehicles don’t stop on Autumn Ridge Road when kids are getting on the bus in the morning. Officer Kyle Quinzani spoke with the caller.
9:00 p.m. A Granite Street caller reported hearing gunshots possibly from the shooting range on Lumber Street, but they sounded very loud. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officer Robert Ekross responded. A second caller reported hearing what sounded like fireworks or gunshots behind the high school on Hayden Rowe Street or near Granite Street. Officers checked the area and reported an event was taking place at the shooting range on Lumber Street.
9:37 p.m. Officer Kyle Quinzani checked on Wilson Street property.
March 12
12:40 a.m. Officer Aline Matos checked on South Street property.
4:49 a.m. A Holt Street resident reported she was awakened by her dog barking, and when she looked outside, she saw someone in a red hoodie and black shorts walking away from her vehicle. Her husband went outside and found that the vehicle had been broken into. Sgt. Matthew Santoro and Officer Aline Matos responded, checked the area and did not find anyone. A report of breaking and entering of a motor vehicle was taken.
10:32 a.m. A caller reported unsafe driving on Constitution Court, where a driver revved his engine while middle school and high school students were getting off the bus. The caller felt it was an unsafe situation for the pedestrians. He captured the incident on his dashcam. Officer Noah Buentello responded and spoke with the reporting person.
12:46 p.m. A caller reported a road rage incident on Legacy Farms North. Officer Justin Cappuccio located the vehicle and spoke with the involved parties.
1:01 p.m. A caller reported seeing something smoldering by Pratt Farm. Officer Nicholas Walker responded and checked the area near Pratt Way with a negative find.
1:26 p.m. The DPW reported a disabled motor vehicle on the wrong side of the street on Elm Street. Officer Nicholas Walker responded and spoke with the owner, who was to make his own arrangements.
2:54 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker completed community relations on Hayden Rowe Street.
3:42 p.m. A caller reported minibikes driving up and down the street and being disruptive on South Mill Street. Officer Nichoals Walker responded, and the vehicles were gone upon his arrival.
3:44 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker responded to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on Hayden Rowe Street. No personal injuries were reported.
5:08 p.m. A Clinton Street resident reported two horses ran past her house. Officers Kyle Quinzani and Nicholas Walker and Sgt. Shannon Beloin responded and assisted in corralling the horses.
5:47 p.m. A caller complained of vehicles parked on Winter Street, causing a road hazard. Officer Kykle Quinzani responded and reported the vehicles were off to the side of the road and not a hazard.
6:09 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker completed community relations on Hayden Rowe Street.
10:05 p.m. A caller reported a large bonfire or brush fire in a Hayden Rowe backyard. Officers Nicholas Walker and Kyle Quinzani responded along with the Fire Department, and no fire was found.
March 13
12:12 a.m. Officer Peter Lord made checks of Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
8:37 a.m. Officer Brian Ziniti completed community relations during school drop-off at Hopkins School on Hayden Rowe Street.
8:42 a.m. Officer Noah Buentello completed community relations during school drop-off at Elmwood School on Elm Street.
10:32 a.m. Officer Brian Ziniti checked on the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
11:28 a.m. A walk-in requested to speak with a sergeant. Sgt. William Burchard assisted.
11:38 a.m. A Cedar Street Extension caller reported a vehicle was parked in front of his driveway for the past 15-20 minutes. Officer Brian Ziniti responded and reported the vehicle ran out of gas, and the driver was waiting for someone to bring him gas.
12:15 p.m. A walk-in from Weston Lane reported credit card fraud and ID theft. Officer Noah Buentello assisted and took a report.
3:46 p.m. On Hayden Rowe Street, Officer Kykle Quinzani assisted a disabled motor vehicle with a jump-start.
9:11 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz made checks of the Fruit Street fields.
9:12 p.m. A caller reported a lost white chihuahua mix on Cedar Street. The dog jumped out of the car when the owner stopped to get her wallet. Officers Benjamin Vaz and Kyke Quinzani checked the area with a negative find.
March 14
12:05 a.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin checked on a vehicle parked on Grove Street and found an Uber driver waiting for a fare. All was OK.
12:35 a.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin checked on a person on Mount Auburn Street matching the description of a person involved in a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle two days earlier.
1:06 a.m. A Walcott Street caller reported a white van parked on Walcott Street in violation of the winter parking ban. Officer Sean McKeon responded and issued a parking citation.
9:02 a.m. A caller reported a husky-type dog with a red collar running loose in the roadway on School Street. Officer Brian Ziniti responded and checked the area with a negative find.
3:01 p.m. Officer Augusto Diaz completed community relations on Main Street.
4:42 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz completed community relations on West Elm Street.
5:02 p.m. A caller reported a tree fell on wires across Lincoln Street, and the tree was on fire. Sgt. Cody Normandin responded and placed cones around the area. Eversource was notified and responded. Sgt. Normandin stood by until power was restored.
9:08 p.m. A caller reported a van was in the roadway of Aspen Way for over two hours. Sgt. Cody Normandin checked on the vehicle and found a note stating that it was broken down.
9:43 p.m. A Teaberry Lane resident reported losing a wallet and wanted it logged.
10:34 p.m. A Frankland Road caller complained of young children coming and going in the neighborhood. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Sgt. Arthur Schofield responded and spoke to a homeowner, who was in charge of a party with 20 children. A report was taken.
11:34 p.m. Officer Peter Lord made checks of Holt Street property.
11:49 p.m. Officer Sean McKeon made checks of Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
March 15
1:06 a.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin checked on a motor vehicle on West Main Street. It appeared as if someone had been attempting to change a tire, but no one was around. The vehicle was secure.
6:54 a.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin and Officers Sean McKeon and Brian Ziniti responded along with the Fire Department to a small pile smoldering inside a Wood Street building.
10:24 a.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz made checks of Wilson Street property.
10:54 a.m. A motorist complained of an erratic operator on Woodland Road. Officer Nicholas Walker checked the area, and the vehicle was gone upon his arrival.
11:29 a.m. A caller reported a road hazard on Cubs Path, where a drain was sinking in. Officer Brian Ziniti responded and left a message for the DPW.
1:43 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz checked on Hayden Rowe Street property.
3:34 p.m. A motorist reported he did not realize his truck was too big and he was stuck under the bridge in Southborough on Cedar Street. Officer Justin Cappuccio responded and stood by until Southborough officers arrived.
3:54 p.m. A walk-in who just purchased a used vehicle wanted to verify the tinted windows would pass inspection. Officer Justin Cappuccio advised that the tint was too dark.
5:14 p.m. A walk-in handed in an iPad that he found on the side of the road on Wood Street.
7:47 p.m. Officer Robert Ekross checked on a vehicle on Pratt Way and found facilities staff taking out trash.
8:56 p.m. Officer Justin Cappuccio made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
9:58 p.m. A Maple Street resident reported two dogs barking inside a neighbor’s residence for over an hour. Officers Robert Ekross and Justin Cappuccio responded and reported no one appeared to be home. The dog door was open and the barking subsided.
9:59 p.m. Officer Justin Cappuccio made checks of Main Street buildings.
March 16
1:23 a.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin assisted the Southborough Police Department with the search of a female prisoner.
7:12 a.m. A caller asked for directions from Exit 54A off Interstate 495 to Holt Street and was assisted by the dispatcher.
3:55 p.m. Officers Justin Cappuccio and Robert Ekross and Sgt. Cody Normandin responded to a motor vehicle crash on East Main Street and requested a tow for one vehicle. No personal injuries were reported.
6:10 p.m. A Main Street caller complained of two vehicles parked illegally on Main Street. Sgt. Cody Normandin spoke with the caller and advised him of his options.
9:32 p.m. A caller reported a tree fell across the roadway on Lincoln Street. Officer Robert Ekross responded and notified the DPW.
9:42 p.m. A caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked on Hayden Rowe Street with at least one person inside. Sgt. Cody Normandin was en route when the caller called back and stated the person in the vehicle was his neighbor’s brother. All was OK.
11:36 p.m. Officer Peter Lord made checks of Holt Street.
