ARRESTS

November 11
1:10 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker conducted a motor vehicle stop on West Main Street and subsequently arrested Michael F. Riley, 27, of 4 Whalen Road, and charged him with failure to stop/yield and OUI liquor.

November 7
1:17 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker checked on a vehicle parked on West Main Street and spoke with a male sleeping in the back seat.
5:37 a.m. A motorist reported a road rage incident and motor vehicle accident on Elm Street. A crash report was taken.
11:45 a.m. The Westborough Police Department reported receiving a call about an erratic red box truck on Wood Street. Officer Sean McKeon responded and checked the area with a negative find.
12:56 p.m. A caller requested to speak with an officer about an ongoing incident with a person familiar to police. Sergeant Matthew McNeil spoke with the caller and took a report.
1:34 p.m. Officer Cody Normandin made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
1:35 p.m. Officer Cody Normandin took a report of fraud.
2:27 p.m. A caller reported a box truck was hit on Hayden Rowe Street and wanted a report to be taken. Officer Cody Normandin responded, and no one was on scene. He was to attempt to follow up with the caller again.
5:11 p.m. An Eastview Road resident reported a suspicious solicitor who was unable to provide proper identification when asked. Two males drove away in a black sedan.When the caller looked up the name of the solicitor’s company, he found that it did not exist. The caller wanted the incident logged.
5:58 p.m.  A walk-in reported a possible fender bender. She believed she hit a vehicle but was unsure. She left her contact information with Officer Matthew LaTour.
6:34 p.m. A motorist reported hitting a deer on Ash Street. Officers Nicholas Saletnik and Cody Normandin responded and reported the car had moderate damage and the deer ran off.
9:46 p.m. Officer Brennan Grimley made checks of Parkwood Drive property.

November 8
1:28 a.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield checked on South Street property.
2:46 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik made checks of Legacy Farms North.
8:09 a.m. A caller reported a pit bull running around a Mayhew Street parking lot. Officer Sean McKeon responded, and the owner picked up the dog.
8:53 a.m. A Clinton Street resident reported someone was in her backyard the previous day. Her neighbor said it was someone surveying for the assisted living project. The caller was advised to call back if the person was seen again so that an officer could confirm his identity.
9:41 a.m. Officer Sean McKeon took a report of extortion via images on Bandon Lane.
10:50 a.m. A Winter Street caller seeking advice about a dispute with a neighbor spoke with Officer Cody Normandin, who took a report.
1:19 p.m. A walk-in reported a case of fraud. Officer Sean McKeon assisted and took a report.
4:45 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour completed community relations at the high school soccer field on Hayden Rowe Street.
5:35 p.m. A caller complained of a landscaping truck sticking out onto the roadway of C Street. Officer Matthew LaTour responded and reported the vehicle was parked legally.
9:02 p.m. A caller reported a light brown dog, possibly a boxer, running loose on B Street. Officer Matthew LaTour checked the area, and the dog was gone upon his arrival.

November 9
2:32 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik checked on two people sitting on a bench at Alltown on West Main Street. All was OK. They were waiting for a Lyft ride.
2:58 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik made checks of Sandy Beach on Lakeshore Drive.
12:11 p.m. A caller complained of a landscaping truck taking up an entire lane on C Street and vehicles turning from Cedar Street possibly not seeing the truck. Officer Robert Ekross responded and reported cones surrounded the truck. The trailer was not taking up a whole lane, and there was no hazard.
12:32 p.m. An Oakhurst Road caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked and running in front of her house. Officer Tyler Staback responded and spoke to the operator, who was doing work in the neighborhood and was on his break.
1:17 p.m. A West Main Street caller reported an individual attempted to cash a bad check. Detective Gregg DeBoer and Officers Robert Ekross and Tyler Staback responded to the report of fraud and made an arrest.
4:13 p.m. A caller reported a dog was hit by a car on East Main Street. Officers Noah Buentello, Robert Ekross and Cody Normandin responded along with the animal control officer, who transported the dog to Tufts.
5:16 p.m. A caller complained that a landscaping truck was parked on C Street, creating a hazard. The Fire Department was sent along with Officers Cody Normandin and Noah Buentello to check on the truck. It was confirmed that emergency vehicles would be unable to get through. The owner was told to move the trailer.
5:56 p.m. A walk-in reported two aggressive dogs were off leash on South Street. She wanted the incident logged and stated she would call back when she sees them again.
7:25 p.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil assisted a Pinecrest Village resident who was locked out of the house to gain access.
8:34 p.m. A Woodview Way resident reported the neighbors upstairs were always smoking marijuana. Officers Cody Normandin and Noah Buentello responded and were unable to make contact with the neighbors.
8:43 p.m. Sergeant Aaron O’Neil responded along with the Fire Department to a report of the inside odor of natural gas on Hidden Brick Road.
9:46 p.m. A motorist reported an erratic operator nearly ran a vehicle off Interstate 495. Officers Noah Buentello and Cody Normandin responded and checked the area with a negative find on the vehicle.

November 10
2:06 a.m. Sergeant William Burchard checked on a vehicle parked at Hopkinton Country Club on Saddle Hill Road and found it secure and no one around.
2:50 a.m. Sergeant William Burchard checked on a running motor vehicle parked on South Street in front of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and spoke with the driver, who was an employee waiting for the business to open.
3:03 a.m. Officer Sean McKeon made checks of Legacy Farms North.
9:28 a.m. The town’s Information Technology Department requested a vendor be let into Town Hall. Officer Sean McKeon responded and assisted on Main Street.
11:46 a.m. A caller reported a speeding vehicle passing cars on Cedar Street and heading toward Southborough. Officers Nicholas Walker and Sean McKeon responded and checked the area with a negative find.
4:14 p.m. Officer Brennan Grimley made checks of the LNG plant on Wilson Street.
4:31 p.m. A walk-in requested assistance with a custody exchange. Officer Noah Buentello assisted.
5:01 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello completed community policing on Hayden Rowe Street.
6:32 p.m. Several callers reported a deer was struck by a vehicle on Alprilla Farm Road and was still alive. Officer Noah Buentello responded and dispatched the deer. The DPW was contacted for removal.
8:01 p.m. Officer Brennan Grimley made checks of Woodview Way.
8:56 p.m. A caller reported an erratic operator driving at a high rate of speed on Grove Street. Officer Brennan Grimley responded, and the vehicle was gone upon his arrival.
10:27 p.m. Officer Brennan Grimley made checks of EMC Park on Hayden Rowe Street.

November 11 
12:45 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker checked on a motor vehicle parked on West Main Street and found an operator waiting for a friend to get out of work.
1:17 p.m. A walk-in reported a package was stolen from her property. Officer Tyler Staback and Noah Buentello assisted and took a report.
3:47 p.m. Officer Brennan Grimley checked on Westcott Drive property.
4:17 p.m. Sergeant Matthew McNeil responded to a motor vehicle accident on Hayden Rowe Street involving two cars. No personal injuries were reported.
5:16 p.m. A walk-in from Mayhew Court requested a ride home. Sergeant Matthew McNeil was about to give her a ride home when a family member arrived to transport her.
5:47 p.m. A motorist reported a vehicle struck a deer on Elm Street. Officer Brennan Grimley responded and took a crash report. The deer left the scene.
6:24 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle parked in a hazardous spot on South Barn Road. Sergeant Matthew McNeil responded and reported the vehicle was gone upon his arrival.
6:25 p.m. A caller reported an outside odor of natural gas on Chestnut Street. Sergeant William Burchard responded along with the Fire Department, and Eversource was notified.
6:53 p.m. While completing property checks, Sergeant William Burchard came across an open door at a Wood Street building and secured the door.
9:49 p.m. Officer Brennan Grimley checked on Parkwood Drive property.

November 12
12:19 a.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik checked on a vehicle parked on West Main Street and found a male sleeping in the front seat. Field sobriety tests were performed, and the driver was all set.
12:47 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker made checks of East Main Street property.
12:25 p.m. A motorist reported a suspicious male who flagged her down on North Street and said his car broke down on the MassPike. She was advised to call the State Police. A second caller reported the male in need of assistance. That caller picked up the male and met Sergeant Matthew McNeil at the service plaza. A state trooper responded to assist.
1:56 p.m. A caller reported a deer in the middle of the roadway of North Street that was hit by a car. It was still alive but not moving. Sergeant Matthew McNeil responded and spoke to a witness, who stated the deer got up and walked into the woods. The vehicle that hit the deer drove off.
2:07 p.m. A walk-in reported a road rage incident that occurred the previous day. Sergeant William Burchard assisted and took a report.
5:11 p.m. A motorist reported she was sideswiped by another vehicle on West Main Street. Sergeant William Burchard responded and took a report.
5:51 p.m. A West Main Street caller reported a dead deer in his driveway. The highway department was notified.
6:23 p.m. A concerned Hidden Brick Road caller reported his wife and son had not returned home. Sergeant William Burchard and Officer Brennan Grimley responded, and the wife and children arrived home while officers were there.

November 13
12:35 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker checked on a motor vehicle on Avenue D and secured an open door.
3:48 a.m. The DPW requested assistance on West Main Street and Officer Nicholas Walker responded.
9:13 a.m. A walk-in reported a possible disabled motor vehicle on East Main Street. Officer Sean McKeon responded and assisted.
10:56 a.m. A Cobblers Way caller reported a dispute with his neighbor. Officer Cody Normandin spoke with the caller and advised him that it was a civil matter, not a police matter.
3:34 p.m. A caller reported a group of teens around vehicles parked at the Senior Center on Mayhew Street. Officer Brennan Grimley responded and reported they were messing around and not fighting. He moved them along.
5:34 p.m. Officer Brennan Grimley stopped on South Street to assist a disabled motor vehicle with engine issues.
9:54 p.m. A Teresa Road resident reported a vehicle parked in front of her house with teenagers yelling and swearing at each other. Officers Matthew LaTour and Cody Normandin responded and checked the area with a negative find.
11:49 p.m. Sergeant Arthur Schofield checked on Wilson Street property.
