Sept. 27
9:38 p.m. Officers stopped and arrested a 41-year-old Milford man on West Main Street. He was charged with resisting arrest, littering from a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of special regulation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence of liquor.

Sept. 29
10:15 p.m. Units stopped a vehicle on Oliver Lane and arrested a 66-year-old Hopkinton woman, charging her with a marked lanes violation and operating under the influence of liquor.

Sept. 23
7:37 a.m. Sgt. William Burchard received a complaint via the traffic complaint portal. The complaint was logged.
10:58 a.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz responded to Hayden Rowe Street for a report of a crash with no personal injury. Hopkinton Fire was contacted for an evaluation. A crash report was to follow.
11:15 a.m. Massachusetts Environmental Police reported a domestic in progress on Hayward Street. Officers responded and found the situation was not a domestic incident. They assisted a dog walker who was having issues with a dog dragging her.
11:30 a.m. A walk-in reported receiving suspicious emails. Officers advised the individual the emails possibly were spam.
1:16 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour assisted Hopkinton Fire with a house lockout on Weybridge Lane.
2:02 p.m. Officer Matthew LaTour checked on a person on the side of the roadway on South Street. All checked out OK.

Sept. 24
8:32 a.m. A caller reported a traffic complaint related to cars speeding every morning between 7:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m. on Clinton Street. They requested a speed sign be put up.
12:51 p.m. Officer Nicholas Saletnik checked Winter Street after a caller reported work trucks in the roadway caused her to sit for over 10 minutes before the road was clear. Saletnik found there was enough room for one lane to pass, and the trucks were to be cleared shortly.
1:56 p.m. A caller reported a dead animal in the roadway on Chamberlain Street. The DPW was notified and was to respond.
4:17 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle complaint on West Main Street. They noted a party involved went into a store and then left, and appeared to be driving OK as they got on the highway. The caller wanted the incident logged.
4:26 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker conducted a motor vehicle check on West Main Street. The driver was all set.
5:43 p.m. A caller stated he would like to speak to an officer regarding a traffic complaint on Roosevelt Lane. Officer Justin Cappuccio assisted.
5:48 p.m. A passerby reported water in the roadway. Officer Nicholas Walker checked the area and determined the water would dry up.
7:24 p.m. A Connelly Hill Road homeowner reported her garage door opened and then closed, and her camera detected motion. She requested a unit to respond and check the garage. Officer Justin Cappuccio checked the scene. He determined the system was malfunctioning and the issue was an oversight. The homeowner was all set.
9:20 p.m. A caller reported a money exchange issue with a clerk on West Main Street. Officer Justin Cappuccio took an incident report.

Sept. 25
8:17 a.m. Officer Noah Buentello responded to a call regarding a small white dog roaming in traffic and determined the report was unfounded.
1:48 p.m. A caller reported a tree blocking half the roadway on Legacy Farms North. A passerby moved it out of the road, and Sgt. William Burchard was out to assist.
1:58 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello checked on a parking complaint on Davenport Lane. The vehicle had been moved.
2:27 p.m. Units responded to a two-car crash on West Main Street. The caller reported being shaken up and stiff. A tow was requested for one vehicle.
4:22 p.m. Officers checked Chestnut Street following a report of a vehicle driving aggressively and following closely, and it was gone on arrival.
4:31 p.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin checked on a party on Cedar Street. They checked out OK and were waiting for the bus.
7:07 p.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin removed a fallen tree branch in the roadway on Ash Street.
7:44 p.m. Units responded to a report of a disabled motor vehicle on Cedar Street, and it was gone on arrival.
7:55 p.m. Officer Nicholas Walker conducted a vehicle check on Legacy Farms North. The driver was moved along.
8:45 p.m. A caller stated that a green truck was doing donuts in a school parking lot on Hayden Rowe Street and almost hit people. Units checked the area, and the truck was gone on arrival.
8:45 p.m. A Walcott Valley Drive resident called to report a car parked in her parking spot. Officers responded and checked with parties involved. The vehicle was moved.
10:17 p.m. Units checked Connelly Hill Road for a report of a juvenile male party riding a scooter in a driveway. The male was gone on arrival, and a report was to follow.

Sept. 26
8:42 a.m. A Dunkin’ manager reported a car with a flat tire has been in the restaurant’s lot on South Street for four days. Officer Aline Matos went to the address the vehicle belonged to. The owner was to contact Dunkin’ to go over arrangements of getting the vehicle out of the lot.
9:37 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker assisted Hopkinton Fire after a caller on Davis Road reported a strange chemical odor in her apartment.
10:13 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker checked on a vehicle in the bike lane on Main Street. The driver worked for DoorDash and was to be on his way.
10:49 a.m. Officer Nicholas Walker checked on a vehicle on Wilson Street. An employee went out to the car and was all set.
10:51 a.m. Officer Noah Buentello submitted a ticket to Eversource after a wire snapped on Cedar Street Extension, and it was moved to the side of the road.
11:41 a.m. A caller stated she was driving down Fruit Street and a large branch fell from above onto her vehicle windshield. It reportedly broke off her driver-side mirror and damaged the driver-side door. She was uninjured and able to move the tree limb off the roadway. Officer Aline Matos checked the area and confirmed the limb was not blocking the road.
2:10 p.m. A caller stated that a stop sign fell into Lumber Street from the Windsor Apartments entrance. The DPW was notified and was to take care of it.
2:32 p.m. Units responded to several calls of a tree on wires/across the road on East Main Street. The DPW and Eversource were notified. Ashland Police were notified of roads blocked in their town.
2:47 p.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin advised of a fence down on a school property on Ash Street. The Facilities Department was notified.
6:15 p.m. Sgt. Shannon Beloin observed the gate open at the LNG property on Wilson Street when she conducted a property check. LNG was notified.
8:05 p.m. A caller stated a tree was blocking half the roadway on Downey Street. Cones were put up temporarily. The DPW was notified and was to take care of it.
9:00 p.m. A caller reported a tree on wires on Eastview Road. Units brought cones, caution tape and a detour sign. They were to check back periodically and were waiting on a tree crew. Eversource was on scene.
10:26 p.m. Units responded to a report of a tree down and blocking the roadway on Spring Street. They found a second tree leaning on wires in the same area. Eversource was notified and was on scene. The DPW also was notified and was to respond.
10:39 p.m. A caller reported an 85-year-old male missing for about 15-20 minutes. Officers assisted, and the male party was found in a lobby. He was reunited with his wife and was all set.

Sept. 27
1:51 a.m. Units responded to Woodview Way after a caller stated she was attacked and was requesting a ride home. The party then stopped talking and hung up, and multiple calls back went unanswered or reached a busy signal. Officers determined it was a verbal altercation, and the parties were to separate for the night.
3:29 a.m. Officer Victoria Fullagar responded to Spring Street for a report of a tree on wires. Eversource was on scene and reported the crew could remain on scene for a while, as a crane was needed.
9:04 a.m. A resident on Walnut Way called asking for assistance with a blocked drain in her backyard that was causing a small pond. Water was halfway up her neighbor’s foundation and coming close to her own bulkhead. She was advised to call Legacy Farms maintenance for assistance, and she reported she did and that they would not help. The caller stated she would call back if the water got into her basement.
10:06 a.m. A caller stated there possibly was a cable wire down across his yard, stating it was pole to pole and not arcing. Officer Noah Buentello checked the scene and found the wire was coiled up from a previous wire down call.
11:11 a.m. Sgt. Arthur Schofield checked on a disabled motor vehicle on West Main Street. The driver was off to the side of the road and reported they had run out of gas. Their husband was en route with gas.
11:28 a.m. Officers contacted Milford Police regarding a hit and run. The car was not at a determined location.
12:23 p.m. Dispatch logged a report of a storm drain that did not work on Grove Street. The DPW was contacted and was en route.
2:08 p.m. Officer Noah Buentello took an incident report of a past accident where the operator drove into Milford and reported it to Milford Police.

Sept. 28
9:07 a.m. A resident reported a vehicle had been parked on Ash Street for the past couple of days. Officer Aline Matos checked and reported the vehicle was all set.
10:09 a.m. The DPW reported a tree on a secondary line. Officer Aline Matos checked and found the tree on a Verizon line. The utility company was contacted and advised of the issue.
12:39 p.m. Sgt. Gregg DeBoer spoke with a male party who stopped into the station to retrieve a box cutter that was removed from his person several years ago.
12:45 p.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin spoke with a caller from Wood Street complaining about speeding vehicles.
2:32 p.m. Units responded to a call from Upton Police requesting cones and a barricade for a tree on wires in that town. National Grid was responding.
3:50 p.m. Officer Benjamin Vaz checked a Mayhew Street property after a caller reported being unsure if a no parking sign was legitimate or if her landlord posted it.
4:02 p.m. Units assisted with an accident on East Main Street involving a bus. Children on the bus were taken off safely, and two were allowed to go with their parents. The remaining children were to return home on another bus.
4:10 p.m. Officer Justin Cappuccio served a criminal application for leaving the scene of property damage to an operator who hit a mailbox on East Main Street and continued on.
8:49 p.m. Sgt. Cody Normandin assisted with a report of an injured animal on Spring Street.

Sept. 29
7:16 a.m. Southborough Police called to request an ambulance for a two-car crash with a male party claiming injuries. Massachusetts State Police also were responding. Officer Matthew LaTour responded, and one individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. A crash report was to follow.
8:40 a.m. Sgt. Matthew Santoro was advised of a truck hitting a school bus mirror on Wood Street. He responded to the area and did not find the truck.
9:24 a.m. A walk-in had questions about towing a vehicle off his property. Officer Matthew LaTour assisted with scanning paperwork for the landlord towing the vehicle.
10:36 a.m. Officer Aline Matos spoke with a walk-in who reported a package was delivered to her old address. She stated the current resident likely had the package and she had attempted to contact them. Matos advised the woman to try to get a refund for the item.
10:54 a.m. Dispatchers assisted a walk-in with filling out a house check after he reported it looked like homeless people and animals had been living in his deceased sister’s house, which he is in the process of dealing with.
2:17 p.m. Dispatch received a report of a dead beaver on West Main Street. A voicemail was left for the DPW.
5:34 p.m. A caller reported a trailer hit his vehicle on Main Street and took off. Officers responded and took a crash report.
11:34 p.m. A caller reported a tree down blocking the roadway on School Street. Units were able to move the tree to the side of the road. A message was left for the DPW.
