Each week, the Independent highlights an animal available for adoption at Baypath Humane Society in Hopkinton. This week’s adoptable animal is 8-year-old Chewy.
Here is Baypath’s description of Chewy:
“Chewy is an adorable chihuahua with a big personality and an even bigger love for his favorite people! He can be cautious when meeting someone new and prefers to get acquainted before being picked up. Give him some time and a few tasty treats, and he warms up in no time.
”Chewy is food-motivated, loves attention from the people he trusts and has been doing well with other small dogs. He enjoys walks around the block, walks in the woods and exploring outside.
“Chewy is looking for a cozy home, plenty of treats and special people to call his own. If you love tiny dogs with big personalities, Chewy might be your perfect match!”
