Baypath Adoptable Animal of the Week: Layla

by | Mar 16, 2023 | Featured

Adoptable Animal-Layla

Each week, the Independent highlights an animal available for adoption at Baypath Humane Society in Hopkinton. This week’s adoptable animal is 3-year-old Layla.

Here is Baypath’s description of Layla:

“Layla is feeling lucky this St. Patrick’s Day and hoping to find her pot of gold — a forever home — at the end of the rainbow!

“This ray of sunshine has many hobbies and loves swimming, hiking, running and, most of all, getting the zoomies! Layla also enjoys playing fetch and zooming around with just about any toy she finds.

“After getting her zoomies out, Layla is the biggest cuddle bug and enjoys snuggling up with her people! She also makes a great work buddy as she sleeps beside your desk, snoring away!

“She has lived successfully in a home and reluctantly needed to be surrendered due to unforeseen circumstances. She enjoys going on car rides and running errands with staff and volunteers. Layla already knows sit, paw and down and is working on sitting and waiting before leaving a room, pen or car. She is very much tuned in to her person. Layla is a loyal pup and works hard to make her people proud.”

For more information on Layla and any of the other available pets at Baypath, email adopt@baypathhumane.org or visit baypathhumane.org/adopt.
