Each week, the Independent highlights an animal available for adoption at Baypath Humane Society in Hopkinton. This week’s adoptable animal is 7-month-old Rex.

Here is Baypath’s description of Rex:

“Meet Rex! Rex is a young, friendly pup with a silly streak, especially when snow is involved! From joyful snow zoomies to showing off his gorgeous good looks, this boy knows how to make an impression. He walks well on leash and enjoys getting out to explore with his people.

“Rex can be a little shy when meeting new faces at first, but he warms up quickly and soon reveals his affectionate, playful personality. Once he’s comfortable, he’s all about having fun, soaking up attention and showing off his sweet side. He does well with other dogs and enjoys staying active. Rex is already proving to be a wonderful, lovable boy with so much potential. Could he be your perfect match?”
