Saturday (April 30) is National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day, and Hopkinton’s Baypath Humane Society is hoping this will inspire people to step up and adopt some of its adoptable animals.

Anyone interested in meeting one of Baypath’s animals can email adopt@baypathhumane.org.

Not all of Baypath’s animals are in the shelter, so the organization requests that potential adopters email first to find out more about a specific animal, then a one-on-one appointment can be arranged.

For those unable to adopt at this time but looking for other ways to help, Baypath is looking for people willing to foster, volunteer and/or donate supplies.
