HHS musicians to participate in all-state festival

Juniors Abigail Baskin and Aditya Machiraju will represent Hopkinton High School at the 69th annual Massachusetts Music Educators Association All-State Festival on March 3-4 at the Westford Regency and Symphony Hall in Boston.

Baskin plays the cello while Machiraju plays the tuba.

On Jan. 14, Baskin, Machiraju and Aman Kumar participated in the Central District Senior Festival at Mechanics Hall in Worcester. Machiraju and Kumar were selected for the festival concert band while Baskin was a member of the orchestra.
