Hopkins took first in both the long jump and high jump in a win over Norwood on Dec. 29, and she won the long jump and took second in the high jump in the following meet, helping the Hillers to a 3-0 start. She was entered in the long jump, 55-meter hurdles and 4×200 relay for the Jan. 7 Freshman-Sophomore Championship meet. “She is a tireless worker at each of her events and always boosts her teammates,” stated HHS coach Jean Cann.

Hillers Thrillers, sponsored by Hiller’s Pizza, is a weekly Hopkinton Independent feature. Each week during the school year, we will highlight a different Hopkinton High School athlete.
