Hopkinton cancels school for Friday

by | Jan 6, 2022 | Education,

Hopkinton schools will be closed Friday due to the predicted snowstorm.

“As you may know, the upcoming snow event is predicted to be plowable and substantial; and further, the greatest impact is going to occur during the morning commute,” Superintendent Carol Cavanaugh wrote in an email to schools families.

Snow is expected to start in the early morning hours and continue until the early afternoon, with anywhere from 3-8 inches predicted.
