Hopkinton cancels school Thursday due to expected snowstorm

by | Dec 16, 2020 | Education, Featured: Education

Hopkinton Public Schools superintendent Carol Cavanaugh announced Wednesday afternoon that all classes for Thursday have been canceled due to a pending storm that is expected to drop between 8-18 inches of snow on town. The snow is predicted to start late Wednesday night and end early Thursday afternoon.

Even remote learners will not have work assigned, as the school decided that snow days will be treated as usual, to be made up at the end of the school year.

The cohort schedule will not change. Students in the orange cohort will have school on Friday as previously scheduled.
