Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a video or two to brighten your morning.

The Conservation Commission at its Tuesday meeting rebuked two projects for allowing violations that caused flooding and instability on their sites. A cease and desist order was filed against The Trails at Legacy Farms housing development off Wilson Street last Friday due to violations.

The Hopkinton Center for the Arts will hold an open house for prospective and returning dance students and their families on Thursday, July 15, from 3:30-6 p.m. to view the new HCA dance program space at 22 South St.

Town meetings tonight include the Elementary School Building Committee (7).
