by | Mar 30, 2023 | Featured: Features, Hopkinton Today

Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo of the day.

Two days after agreeing to a contract with the Montreal Canadiens, Hopkinton’s Sean Farrell made his NHL debut Tuesday night in Philadelphia against the Flyers.

Visually seeing what is possible at the proposed Elmwood School replacement is exciting for teachers, according to Elmwood Principal Anne Carver, “especially those who are at Hopkins School trying to wrap their heads around making a shift.”

The Conservation Commission at its meeting Tuesday night unanimously approved amendments to plans for The Trails that would modify its basins and allow the development to move forward.

This week’s Police Log includes one arrest along with reports of bones unearthed at a baseball field, a car striking a tree on Lumber Street and a road rage incident.

Town meetings tonight include the School Committee (7).
