Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo of the day.

As a member of the newly formed Commission on Disability, Nancy “Punky” Drawe hopes to help improve accessibility in town.

Leading off the Schools Notebook, a number of local students recently graduated from UMass Amherst.

This week’s Library Corner includes information on a Red Cross blood drive, Narcan training, back to school organization and author talks.

Monica DeSalvo’s series “A Bus Tour in the Woods” was influenced by a recent trip to Greece for an art-making workshop on the island of Skopelos. The free exhibition can be viewed at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts’ Lotvin Family Gallery from Aug. 29-Sept. 29.

Town meetings tonight include the Elementary School Building Committee (6) and Conservation Commission (7).
