Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo and video of the day.

The Board of Health at its meeting Monday evening discussed the latest variant of the COVID-19 virus and announced that the Health Department has an abundance of test kits to issue to residents who need them.

The latest Senior Snippets highlights programs including exercise classes, TED Talks, art appreciation and AARP income tax assistance.

This week’s Library Corner includes information on the 50-plus Job Seekers Networking Group, an author talk with Dana White about decluttering, and hopepunk writing, among other programs.

The Hopkinton Chinese American Association (HCAA) will host its Lunar New Year Gala on Sunday, Jan. 22, from 5-8:30 p.m. at Hopkinton High School.

Town meetings tonight include the Select Board (6), Design Review Board (6:30), Conservation Commission (7), Youth Commission (7), Commissioners of Trust Funds (7) and Marathon Fund Committee (7).
