Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo and video of the day.

The Hopkinton School Committee’s Listening Session via Zoom on Sunday night was intended to focus on possible grade configurations related to the Elmwood School project. However, comments related to the overall budget as well as the restoration of therapy service positions factored into the conversation.

The annual MLK Jr. Interfaith Day, organized by the Islamic Masumeen Center of New England, will be held Sunday, Jan. 22, at noon. Individuals from all communities and faiths are invited to take part in this meaningful event.

As part of its Family Dinner Night program, the MetroWest YMCA in Hopkinton will host a special class on Indian cooking taught by the organization’s Boston Marathon charity runner this Friday from 5:30-7 p.m.

Town meetings tonight include the Elementary School Building Committee (6).
