Hopkinton Today: Tuesday, May 30

by | May 30, 2023 | Featured: Features,

Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo of the day.

Hopkinton on Monday held its Memorial Day ceremonies, which included the unveiling of a new World War II memorial on the Town Common.

The Hopkinton High School girls tennis team is tournament bound this spring even with a relatively young lineup leading the way, and coach Lyn Calkins said her squad’s mental fortitude has been crucial to its success.

The Julia and Alex Potapov Foundation will host the Slava Tolstoy Band to fundraise on behalf of the non-profit organization Cash For Refugees. The concert will be held at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts on Friday, June 16, at 7 p.m.
