Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a video or two to brighten your morning.
Election Day has arrived. All Hopkinton precincts vote at Hopkinton Middle School. Polls will be open from 6:30 a.m.-8 p.m. For those still with mail-in ballots, as well as those looking to ensure that their mail-in ballot has been received, click here for more information.
Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker announced a slew of new restrictions Monday designed to control the current surge of COVID-19 cases, including a 10 p.m. curfew and a reduction in the number of people who are allowed at private gatherings. The restrictions are set to take effect Friday.
The town’s latest COVID-19 update has details on the state’s measures to curb rising coronavirus cases as well as information about Election Day.
