Winter parking ban starts Nov. 15

The Department of Public Works is reminding residents that as per the town bylaws, vehicles are not allowed to be parked on any street between 1-6 a.m. from Nov. 15 through April 1. The DPW may remove any vehicle in violation, with the owner liable for towing and storage charges.

Additionally, it is illegal to deposit snow onto any public roadway or sidewalk. Violators are subject to a $25 fine.
