Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo and video of the day.
Hopkinton’s COVID-19 update shows a spike in the town’s cases more than 100, the first time during the pandemic the town has hit triple figures.
At Monday’s Planning Board meeting, the board voted unanimously that a subdivision developer is within their rights to eliminate plans to reconstruct a 400-foot stone wall behind three homes in the Foxhollow Road development off Pond Street.
Openings exist on a number of town boards and committees, including the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board, Board of Appeals, Cultural Council, Hopkinton Historic District Commission, Woodville Historic District Commission and Youth Commission. Additionally, there is a vacancy for the elected position of constable.
