Good morning, Hopkinton! Welcome to the daily update we call Hopkinton Today — a quick recap of yesterday’s news, highlights of what’s on tap, and a photo of the day.
The Hopkinton Lions Club is looking for some good men and women to spend just a few hours each month helping the community and international causes such as eye research and disaster relief.
Personnel from the Central Massachusetts Mosquito Control Project are scheduled to spray areas of Hopkinton on July 6, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25 and 26.
This week’s Real Estate Transactions include seven properties changing hands.
Town meetings tonight include the Housing Authority (5:30), Appropriation Committee (6), Youth Commission (7), Trail Coordination and Management Committee (7:30).
Photo of the Day: Hopkinton High School students Disha Mudenur, Dylan Striek and Rylee Blair won the Most Innovative Award at Raytheon Technologies Invention Convention U.S. Nationals earlier this month. The students’ winning invention was Dawsonite Diver, which also was awarded first place for Grade 11. The students previously won the state Science Fair for a similar project.
