HYFS offers behavioral health screenings

by | Nov 29, 2021 | News

Navigating the holiday season can reveal that individuals are experiencing challenges with mental health, and Hopkinton Youth & Family Services is offering free and confidential behavioral health screenings to help address this issue.

Feelings might include increased stress brought on by holiday expectations, disappointment due to the pandemic, academic strain, worry about judgment or rejection from relatives or fiends, concern about substance abuse as well as agitation, sadness, wavering energy and decreased motivation.

If such feelings have been persistent and/or individuals would like to learn more for themselves or a friend or family member, Hopkinton Youth & Family Services’ behavioral health screenings — provided for informational purposes only — are available in English and Spanish at screening.mentalhealthscreening.org/HYFS.

Additional mental health resources can be found at hopkintonma.gov/residents/resources/mental_health_resources.php.
