Main Street Corridor Project update: Amorello to be on-site for work ahead of final paving

by | May 8, 2026 | Featured: News, News

A.F. Amorello & Sons will be on-site in the next two weeks for additional work, according to the latest Main Street Corridor Project update.

The construction company plans to complete several pieces of initial work, including: driveway construction at 35 Main Street; replacing a drain manhole at the Hiller’s Cleaners parking lot; replacement of the textured triangle at 2 Wood Street; and sidewalk and curb work throughout the project.

Ahead of final paving, Amorello will coordinate with utility companies to raise utility structures. Final paving tentatively is scheduled for the week after July 4.

Weather and other existing conditions may change the projected work schedule. For the most up-to-date information, visit the town’s project website at hopkintonmainstreet.com.
