Muscatello among nation’s top mortgage originators

by | Apr 17, 2019 | Business, Featured

Hopkinton resident Kim Muscatello is ranked among the top 1 percent of mortgage originators in the nation, according to the Winter 2019 issue of Mortgage Executive Magazine.

“I am extremely humbled to be listed among the top 1 percent of the nation’s mortgage originators by Mortgage Executive Magazine,” said Muscatello, who works for First Choice Loan Services, based in Needham. “Recognitions such as this can only accomplished by associating with a strong team of mortgage professionals whose dedication to customer service is second to none. Over the last 18 years, it has become apparent that working with my clients to establish a financing strategy and educating them about their mortgage options is what has contributed to my success.  The ability to finance in 49 states and close quickly has also been very appealing to many clients.”

In order to be eligible for inclusion in the rankings, mortgage originators must have had a total individual production of at least $30 million in 2018, and entries cannot include loan volume of associate originators or junior originators who earn a commission on the same loan files.

“Kim brings a tremendous amount of strength and determination to her work,” First Choice Loan Services executive vice president of national production James Iley said. “Her commitment to her clients is clear. It’s these professional traits that she embodies that we deeply respect and earn her this well-deserved accolade. Kim has ranked as one of our top producers since joining the First Choice Family, and we look forward to supporting her continued success.”
