Police seek suspect in robbery of Dunkin’ on West Main Street

This photo from the Dunkin’ on West Main Street was released by the Hopkinton Police Department.

The Hopkinton Police Department announced that there was an unarmed robbery of the Dunkin’ at 78 West Main St. on Saturday night.

The police received a 911 call at 9:15 p.m. and sent uniformed patrols, who set up a perimeter. The HPD’s K9 unit responded as well, along with resources from the Milford Police Department, Upton Police Department and Massachusetts State Police.

Police dogs from Hopkinton and the State Police attempted to track the suspect, the HPD reported. The suspect was described as a white male between 5-foot-7 and 6 feet tall, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, tan winter gloves and a black face mask.

The female clerk at the Dunkin’ was not injured, the HPD stated.
