Thanks to assistance from Baypath Humane Society, a grant from Middlesex Savings Bank and community support, Project Just Because has a new pet pantry stocked with dry and wet pet food, leashes and collars, pet sweaters and other supplies.
Pet pantry items are available free of charge to anyone struggling financially to care for their animals.
Project Just Because, located at 109 South St., is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
