Rita Robinson

Rita J. Robinson, 86, of Framingham and formerly of Southborough, passed away on Jan. 11. She was the wife of the late William R. “Dick” Robinson.

Born in Milford, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Flora (Metcalf) Peacock. She was educated in Hopkinton and Framingham and graduated from Framingham High School.

Rita was employed as a bookkeeper for Dick Robinson’s Garage, Westboro Auto Supply and Maple & Clover Landscape prior to her retirement.

She is survived by one son, Gene C. Robinson and wife Tara of Framingham, and nieces and nephews.

A graveside service in Southborough Rural Cemetery will be planned for a later date. Details will be announced. Services are under the care of the Pickering & Son Westborough Funeral Home.
