Ronald LeBlanc

Ronald J. LeBlanc, 80, passed away Dec. 21 in Countryside Healthcare, Milford. He was the husband of the late Jeanne M. (Sheehan) LeBlanc, who died in 2005.

Mr. LeBlanc was born in Waltham in 1943, the son of the late Zoel J. and Gertrude (Shea) LeBlanc, and was a graduate of Waltham High School. He also was a graduate of Bentley College in Waltham. He was a member of the sales/operations team with Xerox Corp. for 35-plus years.

A resident of Hopkinton for the past several years, he previously had lived in Milford for over 40 years. He loved time spent surrounded by family and friends. He enjoyed being outdoors and took pride in maintaining his home, where the family enjoyed many great memories. He also enjoyed fishing, traveling and singing in his barbershop quartet.

He is survived by his children, Suzanne M. Smith of Hopedale, Ronald J. LeBlanc Jr. of Hopedale, and John J. and wife Laura LeBlanc of Milford; four grandchildren, Abigail M. Smith, Collin R. Smith, Nathan R. LeBlanc and Jack J. LeBlanc; a sister, Joan McCarthy of Sudbury; several nieces and nephews; and his companion, Louise Bracci of Hopkinton. He was predeceased by a sister, Constance Kelly.

Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, Jan. 2, from 5-8 p.m. in the Buma-Sargeant Funeral Home, 42 Congress Street, Milford.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 3, from the funeral home at 9 a.m., with a procession leaving at 9:45 a.m. for a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, 17 Winter Street, Milford.

Memorial donations may be made to Countryside Healthcare of Milford, Activities Fund, 1 Countryside Drive, Milford, MA 01757 or to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
